I like the fact that is has a retractable roof. Milwaukee DEFINITELY needs it with the weather Milwaukee has. I just don't get why they can't open it unless it's 63 degrees or warmer. It can be a little to hot in the summer.

Miller Park is a stinking drunk tank. Was there on June 27th to watch them play the Giants, and in less then 3 innings I had to get up no less then 26 times to let people pass as they ran for beer and the restrooms. Went to the restrooms once and upon my return found someone in my seat when asked to leave he actually asked me if I had a ticket (these were th $38 dollar seats at the end of the 3rd base line) Everytime a seat would open up someone would jump into it, when they were questioned either they had bleacher seats or got snotty and told me to go f*** myself. The restrooms were a pig sty, and all the vendors were worried about was selling more booze to these idiots. Everytime you turn around in this ball park, someone-somewhere is selling more alcohol to people who clearly should be cut off, I mean what ball park needs jaeger-bombs, beer, margaritas, and mixed drinks, now before you call me a so and so I do drink but this service of alcohol to such excess is unreal and as of now ... Visiting Miller Park was a good experience. I'm an East Coast guy and am used to East Coast prices, so it was impressive to get tickets for just seven dollars, and then enjoy dollar hot dogs and sodas. Thats not an everyday deal, but it was a good part of my experience. Before even getting to the Park it was impressive to see how many fans were tailgating in the parking lots. It didn't approach a major college or NFL tailgate, but it was closer to those than any other baseball tailgate I've experienced. Camden Yards started a retro trend among new ballparks, but Miller Park is all modern. The exterior, which I bet is revolting to some people, is visible a long way away from the highway, and makes Miller Park almost a landmark entrance towards downtown. Inside it is clean and appears well maintained. However, lines were a bit long, and I would have liked a more open feeling to the concourse. The real signature of the Park is Bernie the Brewer's slide, which is cool, but not as classi... Read more

It's a decent park. Not great, but not awful either. I still, for some reason, wish the Brewers were in the AL, probably because I liked their early 80's teams. I had a retro early 80's Brewers hat, blue and yellow with the glove thing, years ago,and both my mother and an ex said, essentially " That is the ugliest hat I've ever seen.' That's why I bought it, I replied. Also, another thing to like about this park is that everytime a Brewer hits a homer there, what appears to be Lmorovan in a Brewer uniform slides down the mug.

I have been to Miller Park and County Stadium about five times each.  I loved County Stadium, first place I'd ever seen a ball game.  I love to watch Major League and see County Stadium.  What is better than Bernie sliding into the beer keg?  However, Miller Park is by far the best place I have ever been.  County Stadium has nothing on Miller Park.  I can't see how anyone thinks the stadium is ugly.  I think it is very beuitiful.  Finaly a good team to watch.

brand new stadium theres not a seat in the house thats not great. plus the bathrooms are actual bathrooms not like wrigley and for all those people that say like "its a dump" why do we need a "closed roof" and the "view is bad" and we have a "average team". to those i say your a fair weather fan.  it is one of the best stadiums i went to on my 22 stadium road trip. supreme engineering mixed with just plain glamour makes for a great stadium with xbox 360s to play for free  and a whole kids zones it really provides attraction for everyone in the family. with multiple family areas (ie no alchohol) it makes a great time.i love the left and right field bleacher seats how it should be. and comfortable personal seating everywhere else in the stadium.

My favorite MLB park. Good points: The roof. (You never have to worry about rain outs or cold weather) The stadium is just beautiful inside. The site lines are great. I've sat in every level and all the views were great. The food is good. They have excellent treats like cookies, iced tea, cake, slushies, etc There is also a TGIF restaurant and the regular food stands have the usual food. You can get food delivered to you in the club level. You can hang out in the parking lot with the tailgaters before the game or hang out in the sausage house which is adjacent to the preferred parking lot. (It's worth it to pay a little extra for preferred parking because the lot is smaller and it's easier to exit.) Bernie the brewer has a slide they he slides down when the brewers hit a homerun. The sausage races during the 7th inning are hilarious. The park has numerous escalators and elevators for the club level. The people that work at the park are very friendly. The fans are some ... Other than the fan like roof it's very similar to BOB, just not as nice. I had a good time and the beer was uhh good but you can tell they didn't have the resources to go all out.

A nice new stadium, not great, but the Brewers really needed it because County Stadium was horrendous. I love when Bernie Brewer slides down his slide after the Brewers hit a homerun.

It's a great facility, but I don't understand first of all why it has a closed roof in the first place. It's not Seattle. Second they should have known that attendance would be low in Milwaukee if they don't spend a lot of money. The city will not come to ballgames unless the team is winning, which just makes it sad when you visit here. A great expensive facility and no fans. I think the roof is pretty cool don't get me wrong, but it seems a little displaced.

I was able to see Miller Park on a tour before construction was complete... and so when I came to the first game, I was excited to see how it all wrapped up. When I walked inside, I was in for a small surprise - it didn't look all that much different from the tour! It has a decidedly unfinished, exposed metal look that could leave some wondering when are they going to finish this thing already?. It's overall approach to the field is far different than County Stadium, with 4 levels, a lot of open sight lines from the concession areas and walkways, and the ability to just stand around behind seating sections and watch the game without really having to head back to your seat. In order to keep the 4 levels closer to the game, they loom over one another, meaning if you want to get a suntan in the afternoon, you'd better be close to the field. Miller Park adds a TON of additional non-game features over County Stadium, which you can read about at their web site - but I personally feel t... Read more

When the roof is closed you don't feel like you're at a mlb game. When it is opened you just see the unsightly roof overhead. Tailgating is top-notch.

Miller Park is the most beautiful and intimate ballpark I've ever been to. It has quickly become my favorite. I walked around the beautifully constructed park and realized that there wasn't a bad seat in the joint. The seats go up instead of out leaving close proximity to the field foer the best fans I've seen!

Wonderful place to watch baseball. Great food, drunken fans -- too bad the team is average. Tailgating is great here, as any other sporting event in Wisconsin.

The Brewers suck, and it looks like a prison from the outside, but once you get in it's a great place to watch a game. Every seat has a nice view of the field, the scoreboard is informative, the food is excellent, and the roof keeps the place warm for those It's still cold in Wisconsin April games. Get there early and tailgate.

I've been in here during cold days and hot and it's always comfortable. Those April games at Co. Stad. were bad news, not here, comfort city. There is no better scoreboard, no better food, no better tailgating, and no better deal at a new stadium and I've been to most ballparks.

I grew up with County Stadium, and though I had alot of great memories there (WS Game 5, '82, especially!), I agreed that it was time for a new field. Too bad it's Miller Park. I went last summer while I was back home, and I doubt that I'll go again. Paid $27 for really lousy RF box seats with a seriously obstructed view, and a claustrophobic feeling from the lowhanging deck above. That arching roof structure is just plain ugly, from both within and without, and the whole stadium feels kind of closed in, even with the roof open. There's way too much energy expended in snazzy restaurants and "entertainment," and it detracts from the game. I miss the old beer barrel. It's a shame Milw. is going to be stuck with this for a while. I'd give it one star, but that has to be reserved for the Metrodome. If I were to go again, I'd probably stay in the parking lot with the grill and the radio and listen to Bob call the game.

When I went, there was no parking. Also, there is only one massive gate on one side of the stadium, so it's really inconvienient if you park on the other side. In a town that's famous for bratwurst, they ran out by the first inning. Poor access to upper levels. Fake fireworks when team hit home runs. But it's not bad looking and has a creative design. If only it wasn't falling apart already.

Miller Park works great for the climate it is. It has a roof for cold days and open for beatiful days. The parking is needed for all the tailgating. I think they did a great job with the plans for this stadium. Urband settings isn't the style in wisco anyway. I think its great

Miller Park might be ugly to some, but I think it's actually very cool-looking on the outside. It has a beautiful combination of brick red, gold and green accented by towering windows and soaring metal. Inside, it's very pristine. You can smell the field as soon as you step in the front doors, since it's completely open. You can see the game from anywhere in the stadium, even when you go to get a trinket or some food. The TGI Friday's is also a nice touch, since you can eat your meal while the game is going on and have virtually front row seats. Of course, you pay dearly for it, but it's worth it! And, the dome can be opened or closed, depending on the weather, so a game can never get rained out. Now that they fixed the problems with the roof (i.e. the leaking, the squeaking) it's a really cool place to visit and watch America's favorite pastime in action.

The worst of the new parks, and one of the worst in the major leagues. Inside, the park has all the aesthetic charm of any of the concrete donuts that baseball is so desperate to replace these days. Outside, the way the roof clashes with the traditional brick exterior is downright ugly. The location is dull, the grand entrance faces away from the general parking lot--so you can't even admire that as you walk towards the stadium, in anticipation of the game. Sightlines from the seats are awful, too, particularly in the OF. Too many obstructed views, and you can't even see the CF scoreboard from most of the bleacher seats. I guess the atmosphere is bright & cheery enough when the roof is open, but the place feels dank & dreary when the top is closed. What's worse, when I was there, they had the roof open for BP but closed it just before the anthem, although it was a perfectly nice, sunny, spring afternoon. County Stadium was a charming old park. I'm sorry it's gone, but it would be... Read more

THE ugliest park ever built!!!!! I don't know what they were thinkin' when they built that monstrosity!!! It took 5 years to build and cost three lives! County Stadium looked alot better. I bet by the end of next season they'll be back to drawin 10,000 a game. Just horrible.

Miller Park continues the Milwaukee tradition of the best tailgating in the world. Only now you can enjoy the game as well instead of freezing your butt off on a Wisconsin spring day. The only knock on Thriller Park is they replaced Bernie's Chalet and beer stein with a PC "dugout". Probably the best part about the park is that has two totally different personalities. Cozy and confined when the weather is bad, and open and spacious with the roof and outfield panels open. Change of pace is a good thing. "Baseball's Latest and Greatest Park" - msn.com

From the inside, Miller Park is basically Arizona's Bank One Ballpark minus the swimming pool. The two facilities have near-symmetrical playing fields, similar seating layouts, jumbo center-field scoreboards, a back wall with large panels that can open and close; indeed, both even have a TGI Friday's restaurant on premises. Overall, the sightlines are OK - though there are the usual blind spots and obstructed views caused by railings, foul poles, roof supports, deck overhang, etc. (thankfully they only charge $1 for the worst seats). The park's setting certainly leaves something to be desired, as it's built amidst a sea of parking lots in the middle of nowhere. This would have been forgivable in the 70's or 80's, but those who have experienced parks ensconced in vibrant urban settings (such as Camden Yards or Wrigley) will notice something sorely lacking in Miller Park's atmosphere. Another disappointment is the nonexistent scenery - especially in this day and age when one is accustome... Read more

One of the top 3 stadiums I have been to. Most of the new ballparks are very similar. The only difference is the outside surroundings of the stadium. There is no cityscape backdrop but the tailgating experience is like no other. I will have to make another trip up there when the roof is open during the summer months.

After everything that went on with this park (the collapse of the giant crane that killed someone, damaged the stadium, temporarily halted construction, and delayed the opening), it's nice to see that this place has finally debuted. County Stadium definitely had a certain charm, but I think that they will be able to transfer that charm to the new place.
