Tue Jan 25 2011For the style of 'light beer' I will give this high marks. Sure it might be a let down on taste but than again it is a 'light beer'. Not much flavor, close to water in fact, but great on a hot summer day, or whenever.... If you wanted something with more flavor, maybe stay away from something that says 'light, or lite' in the name... It does the job though, and doesn't give me a headache like the 'Bud' Brand does....( but thats just me) All n' all for what it is, I give it high marks...

Thu Jul 15 2010This is my favorite beer ever! It's got a smooth, crisp taste. It's freshly brewed and not bitter the way other beers are. Plus, I can drink it all day and night and not get a hangover the next day. I don't care what anybody else says, I love Miller Lite!

Mon Mar 01 2010This should not be on the Beer list, it should be on the Types of Water list (if there is such a list). Miller Lite is a Watered down beer with almost no Flavor to it. But in all fairness, I don't much like lite beer anyway. Weight isn't an issue for me (yet) and if the day ever comes where I need to Cut a few LB.s I'd sooner cut down on Soda than compromise the taste of something as important as Alcohol.

Wed Feb 24 2010I hate light beer, and I really think Miller Lite is the worst of the lot. This is the beer that kept me from drinking beer from 1986-1996. It's so bland and similar to mineral water. Plus, it has an unappetizing aftertaste. Everyone was drinking this stuff in 1986 (and it's still really popular, I know), and I thought that if this is what beer is, I ain't drinking it. Luckily, in 1996, I took a chance and drank some Miller High Life. Ah, beer like I remember it as a child in the 1970s! Since then, I've pretty much averaged one beer a day of all types (not light, however). Anyway, it's horrible, and I'd much rather drink water. But, that's not to disparage those who like it. To each his own... RJT

Wed Feb 10 2010It's pretty good. Gets old after awhile. I really don't have a favorite beer yet I'm always compelled to order one at the bar when I go. I like to alternate between beers for variety. Back in my party guy college days it was the beer of choice. Since then I have matured and so have my tastes. I'm usually a bud light or a michelob guy now. It really comes down to my mood. Now for hardcore drinking I go with Crown Royal or Jack Daniels and sometimes his friend Jose comes over. Since I've aged though I cannot drink like I used to, tears the hell out of my stomach. Miller Lite gets four stars for memories and good times, and if I could re-rate it, it would get a three for overall performance and taste.

Tue Jun 23 2009Cheap, wimpy, yellow-fizzy beer. .. only the price makes it somewhat worthwhile. . . It's still bad. . .people still buy it. . .I guess it's the power of advertising. . .

Sat Jun 20 2009Personally, I do not really think Miller Lite lives up to its claim of "tastes great, less filling." I think it does have a stronger taste than most American light beers, but I do not think that taste is good (much less "great"). In addition, I think it has a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste.

Sun May 31 2009Holyshit!! I honestly can't beleive I gave this 3 stars 2 years ago. I'd rather have water. If you're into the macro brew adjunction lagers that come in a 30 pack get coors orginal. The only one of those beers I drink. However a better choice for cheap beer would be 40ozs of maltliquor, might I recommend colt 45.

Wed May 06 2009If you drink light beer this is a better than average choice. Good fodder for a "red" beer. Beer + 2 ounces tomato juice= health food. A good choice for people who don't like hops or malt. No bad flavors, just little flavor.

Fri Feb 13 2009An effervescent carbonated beverage with just a hint of beer taste.

Fri Feb 13 2009As a teenager, I drink Miller Beer because I once hung out with the Ramones, and that's what they were drinking. At that age, weight wasn't an issue for me, getting drunk was, so I avoided this.

Thu Feb 12 2009Unlike the light beer from most of the big breweries, this is a unique product, not just the original beer diluted. That being said, it is inoffensive.

Sat May 31 2008If I'm going to drink one of the major label domestic beers, Miller Lite would be the one.

Tue Jul 03 2007I'm not a huge fan of light beers, but Miller Lite is a million and a half times better than bud light.

Tue May 15 2007Decent lite beer, but there is something just a little weird with the taste that I can't really describe.

Thu Mar 29 2007Crisp and somewhat refreshing. This beer, in my humble opinion, beats all of the other domestic lights out of the water. It leaves no vomit-like aftertaste like bud ice and busch and goes down smooth. I could drink this stuff all day, but when it comes to doing some serious drinking; i stick with my imports.

Thu Mar 29 2007Water. There's an old joke that goes something like: Q. Why is lite beer like making love on the beach? A. They're both f***ing close to water.
by pugwash01
Thu Mar 29 2007As an Englishman I'm not a great fan of American beer, as I find it too watery. But I would say that over the years I will drink 'Miller' more than others. It's just one of the few beers that don't give me headache!! Bud is one I will never drink because it takes just 2 beers and I have a massive headache!!!

Fri Nov 03 2006Another miracle of advertising. Why would anybody drink this stuff? They had cool commercials back in the day with Billy Martin, Whitey Herzog, Dick Williams, etc.

Wed Nov 01 2006Less filling! Tastes bland! Less filling! Tastes bland!

Wed Nov 01 2006If I wanted to drink toilet water, I'd just dunk my bottle of Harp into the toilet. BUT it's more tolerable than Bud or Coors lights

Mon Jun 05 2006Best MFing beer of all time. Cannot understand how sucha great beer could be so low on the list!

Sun Jan 29 2006Don't like the taste and don't make the mistake of drinking it warm like I did.

Fri Dec 30 2005Great old American Bar beer. Very neutral flavor that neither starts or finishes strong at all, although in a long neck it seems to pick up a bit of a sweet flavor that you don't find with cans or draft. May not be the most mind blowing thing you've ever tried, but is something everybody can appreciate when you pick up a round.

Thu Nov 10 2005I find miller lite to be a fine domestic, its not not bad for the price. It's a good "bar beer".
by szinhonshu
Fri Aug 26 2005My favorite domestic beer. When I'm not having an imported better something this is my old reliable standy. On the trailer park scale (in my estimation) this is about 2 1/2 notches above Budweiser.
