Fri Dec 31 2010If it wasn't for Performance Chevy off 80 and Madison, I would be lost! Mike Daugherty closed down and I didn't know where to go...until I found my old service manager Chad Weaver, who now works at Performance, and have never looked back! Ask for Chad Weaver at Performance Chevy, he's great!

Tue Dec 28 2010Mike Daugherty has been ok... But they closed! I have been going over to Performance Chevy off of Madison and I80. I love Performance! I found a home for my car. Sad to see Daugherty Chevrolet close, but happy I found Performance.

Sat Feb 20 2010SLEAZY, INCOMPETENT AND DISGUSTING. RIPPED OFF. Longtime customers. Many cars, many services. Just brought one of our vehicles in last week for extended warranty work. After 3 weeks of having our car with no updates, our original work order estimate went from just under $300 to over $1300 WITHOUT OUR PRIOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE. I'm a woman. My husband and I have owned service stations. I know the rules. These people had the opportunity to do the right thing and make things right. They opted for the sleazy greedy path instead. We did pay our bill; we did not have to pay more than the original estimate. I will be turning them in to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs etc. but they may be out of business soon. Sure looks like it and they sure act like it. If not, they should be out of business. To those that do not know how consumer rules apply -- people that do car repairs are required to give the customer a written estimate. They ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT THE CUS... Read more

Wed Apr 08 2009The service dept is awful. The Service advisor, SEAN ( AKA service sales men, almost as bad as the car sales men) is the most incompetent employee they might have. He has absolutely NO customer service skills, and if you're a woman, well better luck next time. They had my vehicle for 3 DAYS a total of 30 hrs for TIRES....... The worst part is you want to take care of your vehicle. You want to bring it to the "best qualified",so you bring it to a GM Service Dealership.......and all you get is painfully slow, expensive, incompetent service....with absolutely NO customer appreciation. Considering the state of the American car industry....wheres the love? USE YOUR LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP, IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, TIME AND A LOT OF HEARTACKE, PLUS YOU WON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ARIGANT PINCIL PUSHERS WHO CALL THEMSELVES "SERVICE ADVISORS" LIKE SEAN. P.S. IT TOOK THE SERVICE MANAGER TWO DAYS TO CALL ME BACK OUT OF THE THREE DAYS MY CAR WAS GETTING TIRES AT MIKE DAUGHERTY CHEVROLET.
