Another one that's not a politician but has wedged his fat ass into politics. Any time I see his name I can't help but think of Mary McCarthy's comment about Lillian Hellman, "Every word she writes is a lie, including "the" and "and".

I think I reviewed him as a tub-o-lard in a previous review.  I retract that.  He's a stupid tub-o-lard.  The most stupid thing about Michael Moore is that he thinks he's actually important.

    Micheal Moore (D) - Hardees.

If Hurricane Gustav is not bad enough for the unfortunate people of the Gulf Coast, you then see Michael Moore hit an all-time low as far as being a fat, vindictive, and obnoxious pig. So what does he do? He goes on MSNBC on the Keith Olbermann's 'Countdown' (hardly a bastion of balanced news reporting itself) to gleefully oink this crude, thoughtless remark: "I was just thinking, this Gustav is proof that there is a God in heaven. To just have it planned at the same time, that it would actually be on its way to New Orleans for Day One of the Republican convention, up in the Twin Cities, at the top of the Mississippi River."(http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/08/30/moo re-on-gustav-there-is-a-god-in-heaven/) There is a difference between being passionate about where you stand and what your core beliefs are, versus simply being a spiteful/hateful person. Moore (and this isn't new for a pig like he is) continues to be the spiteful/hateful jerk he's always been, and people really oug... Read more

He tackles some tough issues, I give him that. But at the same time he lies and manipulates the facts so much it is ridiculous. Also, he is a major hypocrite and claims to be from Flint, MI (which is a blue-collar town) but is actually from Davidson, MI (suburbia). I do not like politicians, and he does rip on a lot of them, but he leans way left and they are just as bad as the conservatives.

He pushes political trash that imbeciles rant and rave about, so he's not too dumb.   He makes money by appealing to the weak minded.  Lots of those around, wouldn't you agree?

Michael Moore is an extremist that gives liberals and Democrats alike a bad reputation. I'm a liberal Democrat myself, and I have been lumped together with this man many times - often by people who don't even know me. It's one thing to disagree with Bush and his policies. It's another to accuse him of having a hand in one of the worst tragedies our country has ever seen (9/11). I don't like Bush or many of his policies and I didn't vote for him in 2004, but I don't think he was responsible for 9/11. I understand that Moore also called the terrorists who were killing our men and women in uniform "freedom fighters" (was that Moore?). Again, I don't really support this war in Iraq, but saying something like that borders on treason. And I'm not one to call someone a traitor at the drop of a hat. I don't think much of Moore or his extremist opinions.

The worst thing is he is dishonest. A documentarian can offer his/her opines on film, but documentaries based on origination functionally are the separation of single sided opinion and the in fact are meant top be presentation of pure facts from both sides. He has that fat ignored boy at school mentality that makes him over appeal things for approval from his base that he never got in the real world of competition and performance. He panders and hams all traits never found in a true documentarian. He fakes it for approval from a known supportive and activist base.

Real bad because he seems to revel in his lack of a formal education. It's not that he doesn't have a quick mind. It's that his brain has been filled with BS that he would recognize the true nature of if he knew something about deduction and critical thinking.

Moore perfected the documentary smear technique. Take two true or partly true independent facts and link them together to imply cause or effect. His movies are filled with this kind of intellectual dishonesty.

Michael Moore is or at least was a member of the New Hampshire Legislature.  I thought he was just stupid and had no idea of his national reputation.  When did he go national?  Last time I heard of him he was babbling about raccoons depredating sweet corn in Southern New Hampshire.

This Fat Bolshevik EvilDoer was caught on film in one of those stupid Al Queda Training Videos where they climb up the monkey bars. While all the terrorists traversed it, Moore's flaccid corpulent carcass fell off the first rung, landed on the ground, and defecated in his pants while rolling in the sand and screaming, KILL BUSH!!!!. His latest idiocy is going to college campuses and handing out condoms and ballcaps to get students to vote for Kerry. He charges $50K a visit. Any college dean who pays that tribute should have their arse canned.

He's not a politician and shouldn't be on the list. He's a professional provocateur, and a damned good one, considering the responses some of the droolers have posted here. Moore obviously pushes the right buttons when it comes to these idiots, who have been brainwashed and mystified by the same old tired rightwing bullcrap that's stinking up this nation.

Moore is polarizing even among liberals and other anti-Bush people. While many people are secretly glad someone with chutzpah is finally on their side of the ring, they dislike his bombastic tactics, among other things. Yes, they do wish he'd get a haircut and shave. And take off that damned baseball cap.

The mere mention of this Sow's name makes me want to puke. What a waste of life and breath. Is this the shining example that John Kerry wants representing him? Anyone who responds with F*** you when told he's being prayed for, as this piece of trash did is sick. He needs to be put out of OUR misery!

This lying bag of poop falls into a wierd category. It's my list and I put him on it even though he's not a politician , per se. He has placed himself, whether you like it or not, scarlet, in the political arena through his efforts to replace the daddy party (whom the terrorists hate) with the mommy party (who will surely lose ground in the war against terror) because their politics are closer to his beloved socialistic views. Why can't the liberal elite ever admit that our enemy (once they clearly identify themselves as our enemy) wish to do us harm and are capable of doing it? These guys (Moore) don't have to fight fair, though. They can string clips together to make things that are not true, appear to be true to the young and the intellectually lazy voter. Moore will never convince a knowledgeable republican to vote for Kerry, but it certainly appears to be a documentary, especially to someone not accustomed to combating propaganda, like high school kids voting for the first t... Leave this guy alone. He simply directs movies in a democratic view. That's why we have freedom of speech. His documentaries aren't false information. It's looking at the info in a different perspective. Cut the guy some slack.

Is Michael Moore running for president? Is he a Senator alongside Ted Kennedy(oh my God, I actually said that name!)? Is he the mayor of Flint, Michigan? He shouldn't be included on this list;he's a filmmaker, not a politician. Having said all that, I will concede he is extremely polarizing. Mainly he's upset about how this country how has been trashed by George W. Bush and his cronies. Can't blame him for that.

A fat loser who put nothing but lies in Farenheit 9/11. All he wants is publicity and he got it because this country is full of people who believed the crap in this disgrace of a film. Seeing it just makes even more of a Bush supporter and that much less of agreeing with all the liberal idiots in hollywood

  • by

    Wed Jul 28 2004

We all know he doesn't hide his opinions. When you go to watch one of his movies or read one of his articles, you know that he stands at the left side of the US political spectrum. I personally find many of his documentaries to be unfairly slanted and even propagandistic, you know you're going to get a direct rebuttal of everything G.W. Bush and the Republicans stand for. Indeed, most of Moore's films and writings tries to hide behind a facade of complete objectivity. This is what makes him so polarizing.

  • by

I think his films are good, but he is wrong to claim they are documentaries which implies a wholly factual basisfor them. I actually find him quite a sad and pitiful man. As fat and homely as he is now, he looks like a stud muffin compared to his high school pictures. He is the fat, lonely, dateless boy who finally has gotten people to notice him and he doesn't always handle the attention well. Don't hate him, pity him.
