Sun May 09 2010I used them on Mother's Day . I just wanted us to be dropped off at our location and then picked back up a few hours later. All the other services that I called would not do this. They wanted us to keep the car the entire time which would have cost a fortune. Not only did they accommodate us at the last minute, they let us make several changes even up to the same day AND they are open 24 hours. The driver was on time, the car was super nice and the drivers were courteous!

Fri Apr 23 2010I was told that Metro Livery were the best people to use for car service in Nashville. What I found was extremly disappointing. Apon calling the first time I had a lady answer the phone saying, "Ma'am have you tried the making a reservation online, we're busy right now." There was no, "Hello this is Metro Livery," and I'm a man, so I have no idea who she thought she was talking to. After she heard my voice she said, "Oh, this is the wrong person," and just hung up on the phone. The calls after that weren't much different. People pushing me to the website, when I did have internet service where I was. I had to call four times before I could make a reservation. I had to call and change from a town car to a van the next day. I did that, and the lady was very short with me on the phone. Wed Apr 21 2010We needed a car service for a huge meeting that we were having in Nashville. I googled this company and took a chance based on their website. When I called to make my reservation and the operator was rude, that should have been my 1st clue that this was NOT the company I should use. I ended up making at least 7 reservations in which there were changes to many of them. When I needed to make a change I would call them hoping for assistance with no prevail. When I needed a reservation cancelled, they would take the reservation number, but a car would still show up. Also, when the cars did show up, they were never on time...at least 15 mins late EVERY TIME. Finally...the last reservation was scheduled and when they arrived (on time for the 1st time) the guest was not ready. They had to wait about 10 mins. Mon Jan 18 2010Great Experience- they have always been fantastic. The last time my cell phone had fallen out of my purse and I did not realize it I had lost it until later. When I called to check they went above and beyond to find it and then overnighted it to me right away. I was so grateful and impressed with this company. I recommend using this company. Driver was extremely professional yet, extremely friendly and personable. Highly recommended. The price was the best out of about 10 places we had checked. We will definitely use them again and suggest you do the same if you are looking for a great car service.

Fri Jan 01 2010The phone operators were very courteous and the driver was 10 minutes early and professional. Can't beat the price. I asked 3 times for a luxury vehicle and was told we would be picked up in a Lincoln town car. What arrived was an old, beat up chevy suburban with 317,000 miles on it that should be retired. I called the company and was immediately offered a refund. Good service if you do not care about what you will be riding in. The price is less than other companies that I researched.

We were pleased to use your car services during the ride from the airport to DoubleTree then reversed at the conference end. Thank you for your promptness and the polite courteous behavior of the drivers. We found them to be real gentlemen in every sense of the word. Thu Nov 19 2009I had company in town for the weekend and needed transportation around town for 12 people. I had Sam, in the white van, all weekend. He took us downtown on Saturday night, to the Titans game on Sunday, and to our favorite bar after the game. He was prompt, courteous, and the rates can't be beat. By the time you pay for parking, gas, and driving around looking for parking, Metro Livery pays for itself. I have told everyone about them. I have them in my cell phone on speed dial now. I will never call a cab again!!!!

Our first driver went out of his way to be helpful in assisting us with a parking solution (Bill) and our second driver was just fabulous getting through the end of the concert maze to get us back to our destination. He was waiting for us at the bottom of the baggage claim escalator with the sign and a smile and was most courteous and professional. When I made the reservation, the receptionist Teresa was nothing but courteous, friendly and inviting. They were on time, vehicle was new and clean. The driver was very courteous. I highly recommended this company!

The ride was comfortable and excited us more about our vacation. They earned our business for sure. We enjoy using metro every time we wanna go out.

But one of our friend recommended Metro Livery to us. And since we started using this service we are so happy with them. They are always on time and keep the cars so clean. Wed Jul 18 2007The driver was fine, (the car kinda smelled funny but what do you want? it's a taxi) The driver was a little pushy, he hinted that he wanted a tip because he did not make an hourly wage The lady that I spoke to in their office was rude and hung up before I finished speaking All in all, a yellow cab would have been the same and I would not have had to wait 30 minutes. My Vote---two stars out of five.

Wed Jan 03 2007I used Metro Livery to travel from Nashville Tn to Murfreesboro Tn. They arrived 5 min early and the driver really made me feel important. The car was really clean and driver was really helpful in opening the door and packing my bags for me. I will be using Metro Livery again in the future and would recommand this service to anyone traveling in and out of Nashville. Terry James

Wed Jan 03 2007I'm so glad my friend gave me Metro Livery's number. I Love this service. Really friendly dispatcher and driver. Great price. My plane arrived early and I was afarid I would be waiting. They tracked my plane and was waiting in the limo stand when I arrived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
