Worst experience I've had so far dealing with Melrose Diamonds AKA Melrose Jewelers. I purchased a Rolex Ladies 18k Yellow Gold President with a White Mother of Pearl Diamond Dial and a 18k Yellow Gold Pave Diamond Bezel. First off The Rolex Dial was a fake dial with "CZ" stones with very bad printing. The 18k yellow gold president band was a cheap 10k gold plated band. and the 18k yellow gold pave diamond bezel was a 10k yellow gold bezel with industrial quality diamond as my jeweler describe it. After I contacted Melrose Diamonds and spoke with "chris" I was rudely told that the watch in question was an "authentic Rolex watch." Chris told me that they would not refund my money back. After several attempts of trying to reason with him he laugh and hung up on me. The end result ended with me filing a credit card charge back, I got my money back via my credit card company, thankfully. I have rarely had a more positive pleasant experience with any eBay seller than working with the purchase of an 18K Gold Rolex Watch from Melrose Diamonds. I cannot really express in words how pleased I am with the quality, and how it has exceeded my expectations. The workmanship on the bezel is superb, and my wife just loved it.

After much anticipation, my pre-owned Rolex President arrived on-time and it was as elegant as it was presented in the eBay listing. I bought it from ebay seller Melrose Diamonds. Their over-all professionalism is superb and I am very happy with my timepiece. I will certainly be back and tell others about this seller.

Purchasing a rolex from eBay store Melrose Diamonds was an excellent choice. They were really helpful and professional. Even though I only bought a Rolex submariner, they didn’t treat me any different than if I were buying a brand new $30,000 Rolex president. When the rolex submariner arrived at my doorstep it looked even better than the picture lead me to believe. By far the best eBay purchase I’ve made.
