There is more than one of these...lets see. With M&M's it's 616 calories, Oreo's 556, Butterfinger 621, and Nestle Crunch is 635. With every spoon full I can feel my backside growing larger and larger.

I thought McFlurry was what the toilet bowl looked like half an hour after I ate at McDonalds.

The McFlurry is an obsession. I must have one almost every time I go, which is rare.

I'd rate it a 5 'cause it's pretty good, but after the flurry machine attacked me on shift; I've never viewed it the same.

It's basically melted, warm whip cream with M&M;'s sprinkled in it. Pretty gross.

I have trouble rating this too high even though they are good, just because Dairy Queen was first (I'm assuming) We have an Ice Cream parlor in my town that has Concretes that are the same thing but better than both Blizzards and McFlurries. I just think it's cheap that they ripped off the name too.

Okay they arent bad but you can get them for cheaper. Here in australia its AUD$2.50 for a mcflurry. What i do is i ask for a mcflurry cup (make up some excuse or just demand one), buy two soft serve cones (40c each), and choose your topping whether it be oreo or whatever (30c per flavour here) and just ask for a spoon, dump the cones and flavour in and mix it all together. This wont save you that much money but its good if u dont have the extra dollar to buy a real one.

Yeah, DQ did it first, but I like McD's version better.

A substandard ripoff of Dairy Queen's Blizzard (which are much better, by the way).

Give me an ever loving break with this cheap rip off of the Dairy Queen Blizzard. McDonald's should be sued for millions upon millions of dollars for ripping off International Dairy Queen. I still do not know how they got away with it.

They might have ripped it off of Dairy Queen who made it, but McDonald's made it right.

A whopping 830 calories, which is dangerously close to an entire meals worth. The average human requires 2000 calories a day, and after eating this, you would have 1170 calories to spare, which is actually not very much. The fat is half the allowed amount, which means little, to no meat for the rest of your meals. Besides the serious health factors this "ice cream" risks, it tastes alright. I get sick of it after the first few bites, and the flavor isn't really all that good. Any chocolate candies you have in this will harden up and become hard to chew. THe m&m's don't add flavor at all, but the oreo version is all right, but you're better off with real ice cream, which in turn would actually be healhier.

MickeyD sucks w/ the Dairy products - they actually had a winner in the Butterfinger McFlurry but they discontinued it for no apparent reason. Then it dawned on me that Breyers vanilla and Butterfinger = Butterfinger McFlurry. The hell with McD

These are delicious - yes, they're a ripoff of the Blizzard, but they still do it well, and it's not like they were the first ones to copy DQ.

Dairy Queen calls this a Blizzard and have been selling it for 30 years longer than McD.

The best thing to ever happen to the world. Ever. My favorite is the vanilla with oreo toppings.

Not bad...but a little two sweet, and they blend in the candys all too much. The ice cream turns brown...lol.

Hello people -it's made of polymers. That means nothing real, nothing natural. Read a little bit and stop being pawns of the corporate jerks who shove chemical agents mixed together (and passed-off as food)down your pipes.
