This is the most powerful sup I have ever used. It is a one month cycle, then you take 3 months off. I started taking it weighing around 135, and benching around 150(max). When I got done with the cycle I weighed 160, and was bencing 225(max). This stuff is not a steroid so it does not show up on a drug test. I was even tested once during the cycle(Army). I have ordered several products from pharmapro, and they have all done what they said they would do.
