Think twice before signing a contract with any Houston Massage Heights. I have had great massages there but unfortunately in the end, the hassle trying to communicate with the office staff (not massage therapists) has been a true nightmare. I fulfilled my one year membership, notified them at the end that I would not be renewing and gave my 30 day cancellation notice. However, that was over 45 days ago, and low and behold, I got membership dues deducted again from my bank account. After numerous attempts to get Andrea, the assistant Manager, to reply to my emails I contacted the Area Developer because I was getting nowhere. I’m still not getting acceptable communication from the River Oaks management (either none at all or what little I’ve had has been nothing but one excuse or lie after another) and I still do not have a refund on the membership dues that were charged to my bank account by mistake (they have acknowledged it was a mistake on their part, but claim it was due to a ... I showed up early for my massage appointment and found out I had no appointment. I asked if I could get booked with another available therapist. The young lady working the counter said they only had two thrapist. I couldn't believe it. Only two therapist. Are you in the buisiness of trying to make any money.

I had never had a massage before and some people at my office were recommending Massage Heights. My wife actually bought a gift certificate for me for Christmas so I finally went in for a one hour massage appointment. I definitely recommend going there. I told my therapist to use firm pressure and she worked out some knots and stress points in my upper back and shoulders. It's very affordable and I actually signed up for a membership so I'm going to get a one hour massage once a month now. Go check it out for yourself! I went to the location off of Shepherd and Westheimer.

I had not gotten a massage in over a year and needed to get one. A friend recommended Massage Heights so I went to the location off of Westheimer and Shepherd. The atmosphere is very nice and calming and my one hour massage was awesome. I signed up for one of their memberships and got my boyfriend signed up too. Now we go together and get massages in their couples room which is cool. If you're not getting regular massages you should start. It gives me more energy and I always feel renewed and seem to sleep better at night. I usually get the hot stone therapy and have done the foot scrub a couple of times which is nice. Go check it out for yourself and enjoy the relaxation!!

I have been to alot of massage places in my life but never had such a bad experience. The sheets were stained and my therapist looked like he hadn't bathe in days! Hands down worst experience ever!!!

I had the best massage ever at Massage Heights. Everyone was so friendly and my therapist was very knowledgable and professional. I have been to many spas and this was my best massage ever. Definitely try it out.

I had the best experience here. I was skeptical at first thinking that it was another Massage Envy (unqualified therapists), but I had the best massage. My deep tissue was a true deep tissue and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. I'm taking my family from out of town there this weekend.

This place has such bad customer service. It is soo not worth anybody's time. The front desk staff was rude and my therapist gave me the creeps. I suggest you not pick any male therapist with the name Ceasar, total wierdo!!!!

In Short Tuscan-styled spa in River Oaks offers budget-friendly body treatments in a relaxing and professional environment. Targeted toward busy working people (both men and women alike) in need of a little relaxation, each of the spas offers convenient hours seven days a week. Massage services include Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and other body treatment add-ons like aromatherapy or a peppermint foot rub. Last-minute appointments are generally available.

Just got one of the best massages I've ever had for 40$. For the price and the quality of the massage, you just can't get better than that! I immediately joined and am so glad that I did. My therapist was very intuitive to my body and was very accomdating. The facility was clean and tidy and everyone was very nice. And I intend on going back again this month and will definitely be bringing friends and family.

I just recently had my first massage from massage heights and was completely blown away. For franchise massage chains I usually don't expect much: from the front desk, the therapists, or the management, but my assumptions were completely off! I was greeted very warmly, the front desk was very amiable and helpful, the therapist was very professional and knowledgable about what was going on with my body. And the hot stone massage was AMAZING! I felt like a million bucks when I left! And for the service, you just can't beat the prices. Most people swear by the "you get what you pay for" rule in life, but that rule could NEVER apply for massage heights. I will tell all of my friends, family, and co-workers to stop by and try it out for themselves. If you experience it, you'll understand!

I have gotten many massages in Houston and this place by far did not meet my expectations. I read about Massage Heights on City Search and thought I would give it a try as it seemed like it had good reviews. I called to set the appointment, and had to ask 20 questions before I could book anything. I requested a few upgrades, of which were not communicated to my massage therapist, and I did not receive. Furthermore, the massage was sub par to say the least. It was short and the therapist was not very good. In conclusion, I am very dissatisfied with these massage chains who include your changing and "consultation" time as part of your massage time.

I am a very detail oriented person so when I visit a place I not only pay attention to how I am treated, but I also observe how managers perform and how employees are treated as well. The company that sponsors me agreed to take this assignment very far. I have a short term membership and everything. My assignment is ending so I have decided to let the potential visitors know what I thought about this place. I must admit, there are SOME nice people at this place and there are some that are all about money and favortism. I have been in several times and noticed that certain therapist are treated differently than others. And the front desk people? There's only one African American person that works there now, but when i first became a member I remember seeing about three (maybe four). As far as therapist...there's one African American. A coincidence? I think not! I usually come in early every other friday or weekend. There's always the same two faces in the front lobby area, one of t... Read more

I just don't recover from the once-a-week sporting activities like I did as a teenager. Stopping by Massage Heights on the way home from work helps me work out the cobwebbs and leave the stress at the office. Thanks for keeping me healthy MHs!

Surprised by Jackie's comment, Ceasar is anything but weird. It almost sounds as if Jackie works for one of the local competitors...... Nice try, but Massage Heights is still one of the best most clean cut massage businesses in Houston.

My daughter scheduled me an appointment yesterday for Mother's Day. It was truly one of the best Mother's Day presents ever. My hot stone massage was fantastic and my therapist- so friendly and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they are open 7 days a week and I already scheduled my next massage. They even gave me a beautiful rose for Mother's Day.

I read all of the customer reviews early on a Saturday morning and booked couples massage for 6pm that same day. I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage with my wife. We were getting ready to leave the house when the phone rang at 4pm in the afternoon. It was the receptionist at heights massage telling me that they had to cancel our appointment because the Masseuse was ill. The lady did not have a good explanation why they waited over 6 hours to call us and tell us this information. Also their web site says they have over 25 masseuses per location. I was just wondering if this is really the case or if they lie on there web site? You make the call.

My husband and I are both members of this popular massage chain. While we both have our favorite therapists, I can honestly say that I have not had a bad massage at the River Oaks location (where we are members). In case you are wondering, my fave is Patrick while my husband is partial to Kelly. We are lucky enough to have been massaged at leading spas around the world and I will tell you that once you have found the therapist for you at massage heights it will be hard to beat the way you feel after one of their massages. I have even had the pleasure of experiencing a 2 hour massage (I am a little tense) which was wonderful. This is one spot that should not be missed.

I've had massages all over the world and Massage Heights is equal to or better than any of them. If you want a great quality Sports\Deep Tissue Massage this is the place to go and you certainly cannot beat the price anywhere.

I got the 1 1/2 hour massage and I was so relaxed I still wanted more. I would not get another massage without the Hot Stones after that experience. The staff was very nice, I would definitely go back.

At Massage Heights they provide me with the opportunity to enjoy the same quality massage services at a fraction of the cost. Also, I love and enjoy the tranquil setting of Massgae Heights, they make me fill so relaxing.

What a re-freshhing experience! I heard good things about this new group that has just opened up their first stores in Houston but had to see for myself; WOW!!! Everything from the decor to the friendly svc to the incredible massage was FANTASTIC. I signed up on the spot; even though my m'ship to the "other guys" had not expired. Been back numerous times w no regrets. I encourage everyone who's been to the "other guys" to give M Hgts a try....and you must try the hot stone treatment, awesome!

I was glad to finally find the store in it's out of the way location. Got in at the last minute for an introductory massage. A little nervous that no other clients were in the lobby, but chalked it up to being so new. Was impressed with the decor, but the good news ended there. The therapist was very friendly, but so green that she was actually shaking. The 'aromatherapy' made my sinuses swell up to twice their normal size so i could barely breathe. She asked me if it "smelled good." yuck. Her massage was very mechanical and amateur - never found my knots, forget about working them out. Couldn't even relax. Jerky and didn't flow well. Hope they get their act together. It's convenient to my office, but i wouldn't waste a lunch break on it unless i was sure the massage would be professional.

Very nice service and terrific massage. Therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. I went for the 90 minute session and had a semi-firm massage. Time went by too fast but it was really one of my best massages ever. Ask for Patrick, he's really good.

Massage Heights is amazing. The atmosphere is excellent, and the therapists are experienced and very professional. I have had many massages, and this one was definitely one of the best. They make it extremely convenient and affordable for you to come in. It's great that you can make same day appointments, and not have to wait a week or so like at so many other places. I loved the peppermint foot scrub and the hot stone therapy.

The massage that I received at Massage Heights was my first one ever. I went in very nervous but that feeling did not last very long. The therapist and all of the employees were very professional and friendly. I felt like treating myself so I added the hot stone therapy and the peppermint foot scrub to my session. The hot stones actually became apart of my massage when the therapist began to massage my back with them. Also, the clinic was really clean and it looked great. Overally, I would reccommend this place to anyone who is looking for a professional and affordable massage.

Not only was the swedish massage with the hot stone therapy AMAZING, the deep tissue really helped me out with the huge knots in my upper back. The establishment is very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. I am now a new member of Massage Heights and recommend it to everyone!!!
