Mark Santic Construction

Last November 09, we had concrete work done by Santic. Overall job was very good. In January we had two large patio areas spider crack.. Also water after a rain will pool and not run off to drain;. I also discovered two smaller sidewalk slabs cracked|. After numerous calls Santic came and checked the areas.. After a discussion, and some head shaking he agreed to replace the large areas, but not the smaller ones;. This was 4 months ago;. Work in contract does state, "No Guarantees With Any Concrete Work" This I totally understand since concrete will crack, after years of weather, but not after several months". This is totally unacceptable.. When the patio was being poured I questioned the fact no rebar was added.. Concrete has no strength without rebar in large areas. I know this much. I have a relative that had a large driveway replaced 2 years ago. Not one single crack as of yet. maybe I should have hired him, :-/ Santic has not returned, and will not return calls.
