Received a recommendation from a friend to visit the dentist. I've had many dentists in my life and it was always like herding cattle. Go sit in the chair, shut up, and open wide, "Don't bite on my finger"... This was definitely a different experience. They have great staff over there. Everyone is absolutely friendly. The staff always welcome you with a smile. They have a massage chair and personalized TV where it helps you relax and feel at home. I don't know what happened to the last reviewer, but every time, I've made a call I have always gotten somebody on the phone. In fact, with emergencies (which I've had before) Dr. Mai will stay late just to accommodate my schedule. A+++

Saw a banner sign above their office for free teeth whitening for new patients with exam and X-Ray. I called them 45 minutes after opening one day to ask some questions and see about setting up an appointment. The dentist herself answered the phone which I thought was unusual. What dentist doesn't have someone to answer their phones? In the background I could hear a child screaming like he was being tortured. I couldn't ask any questions because the dentist just asked for my phone number and said she would have someone call me back. I sat around for an hour waiting but no one called back. I had to go to work. When I arrived home, there were a couple of messages on my answering machine with music similar to what this dentist uses on her website. Not sure it was them because they didn't have the common courtesy to leave a message or to even say who was calling.
