Lyceum Theatre

The theatre is superb and home to the Lion King, A phenomenal play with a great cast, well worth a visit.

This theatre is gorgeous, and the show (The Lion King) is definitely worth a watch. At the beginning all the animals come down the isles of the stalls and you can see how the people make them move. It really is amazing. I loved all the songs, and it's got just the right amount of humour in it, some for kids and some for adults. The theatre's atmosphere really is something, with the decorations on the ceiling, and through all the banisters, even the toilets look splendid, which is not something I would usually comment on! I think that this theatre in London is different because it has that old world charm feel without looking too dated. I recommend watching the Lion Kinh at the Lyceum Theatre, I've been back twice! P.S. Watch out for the ostriches!!
