This is the best physicians office I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and courteous. When I called in I got right through to the scheduler and they were able to accomodate my needs. I expected to wait a long time (like you usually do in doctors offices) but I was in and out fairly quickly. Not only that, but when I saw the doctor he answered all my questions and didn't treat me like a speed bump, he actually spent time in the room to answer all of my questions. I have schedule for an upcoming surgery and I am extremely confident that I am in great hands. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I went to see one of the doctors at the Green Valley office. I enjoyed it as much as anyone does when they see the doctor. The office was clean, the staff was friendly. The best part was the "high tech" aspect of the office. I could download all my forms prior to my appointment and bring it all in. Also the website had all the information that I need. Dr. Shipley was great and I feel extrememly confident in him as a physicians. I would recommend him to anyone~~

This office gave my wife a terrible experience. The first time setting an appointment was fine. We got through the phone line fairly easily. After she met with the doctor she asked if she could get a follow up the same week (this appointment was on a Monday) and he said that shouldn't be a problem as long as she gets her bloodwork done. We got the bloodwork done the same day. We called the next day in the afternoon (he said they should call us right back as soon as the bloodwork is done, but needless to say they didn't). When we called they still didn't have the bloodwork, but we still tried to schedule a cat scan. The phone operators couldn't find the chart or the doctor to know what to order so (duh) so they said they would call back. Next Monday rolls around and we try to call to see what's going on. All we ever got was an automated phone system and no one ever calls back. It took about 3 days to actually talk to someone!! When we finally did the appointment was set for ... Read more

I was referred to Dr. Shipley for a biopsy. He consulted with me about what the problem was and what type of surgery would be required to remove it. He may be a bit blunt for some but, I thought his chairside/bedside manner was fine. He explained the surgical procedure, as well as the anesthesia that would be used so that I would know exactly what was going to take place. He also spoke with me about the potential pain and the healing time needed. Surgery must have been backed up the day I had it because it seemed like forever before I was called back to the Pre-op room. After a check of vitals and one last rundown of what would be taking place, it was all over in what seemed like just a few minutes. In the post op room, my vitals were again checked. I was released about 30 minutes following, once my vitals were checked and found normal. As for pain following surgery. It was minimal and no prescription meds were needed. Recovery was quicker than estimated. Dr. Shipley an... Read more

This was definately the worst patient service I have ever experienced. I was trying to set a follow up appointment for my daughter, and after waiting on hold for 57 minutes (not an exaggeration) I was greeted by the rudest staff ever. They first implied that I was a liar by saying that the automated system doesn't allow you to wait for over 4 minutes (why would I have any reason to lie about that?!?), and then after rudely transferring me to their appointment scheduler, they refused to give me their names, and hung up on me...5 times!!!! I will be writing a strongly worded letter to their office as well as any other agencies that refer patients to this horrible office staff.

I have seen 6 e.n.t.s and he was by far the one I remember most 1st he does not really listen to your problem, maybe because he is so young that he thinks he knows it all.I was very disapointed in his bed side manner.he is way too fast.my problem has been going on for almost two years and he just acted like it was nothing.ALL of the other doctors know that I have a real problem with my voice box area they just can't seem to find it.and are trying to work together to find a soulution.he on the other hand never followed up when he said he would after the tests he ordered I had to get the results my self and bring them to a doctor to explain them to me.I think after he gets some real time under his belt he maybe a good doctor but right now he needs to grow up and listen!! I have never left a bad review for anyone untill now but I think you should know before you make a appointment.

As a doctor he is great with kids. Though trying to get through to the office is difficult to say the least. Trying to get a response from his surgery schedule is near to impossible. Not to mention the wait time to get into see the doctor or get a surgery scheduled.
