They don't even deserve a star. Lowestfare.com screwed me. I booked a flight for $400 bucks and I have called every customer service number under the sun and haven't been able to find anyone who can help me or anyone who is affiliated with lowestfare.com. They are bogus! and they scammed me out of my $400! Do NOT use them unless you're looking to throw money in the toilet and have them lick it off and spend it. P.S. I still haven't found my money... and I'm going to miss my best friend's wedding because of them.

I booked with lowestfare.com and I got screwed big time. I had a mistake made on my booking which was basically only becuase of the way thier website worked. Of course they did not let me change it. The refunded me next to nothing on a four star hotel in downtown Denver and charged me 200$ more to change over my two plane tickets. I called the hotel directly and they said lowest fare can phone them and change the date and there would be no issue, but they cannot change it themselves as it's booked through lowestfare.com I called lowestfare.com back and lowestfare.com told me outright that they would not change my hotel date and that it was not thier problem. They were not helpfull and they did not even try to fix my issue. I ended up paying for a four star hotel in downtown denver and I never even checked in. They only gave me 170$ back for both plane tickets and my hotel out of the 600$ I paid. I then had to buy two new plane tickets and I had to book a hotel in a bad area of tow... Read more

Lowestfare failed to take into consideration its customer's welfare when the hotel which I booked through them was not opened for business. Despite the fact that I only booked a few days before the actual arrival date and received a confirmation as well, I was not informed at all that the hotel is closed. And I found out only when I turned up at the hotel which unfortunately was late at nigh. Consequently, I have to shop for accommodation by going from hotel to hotel, and also have to pay the much higher price involved. I would expect lowestfare to: 1) Assist me in looking for a equivalent replacement 2) Make good of any difference in price of an equivalent replacement be it searched by them found by me. They failed to do so, which I think consumers should realise and take steps to ensure that your confirmation is indeed confirmed.

An overall terrible experience. They goofed up my reservations. I was billed twice for the same reservation. The customer service is terrible, good luck speaking with a customer representative they won't even give out the 1-800 number. To top it all off they outsource all of their customer service jobs to other countries. Save yourself the trouble and don't use their services.

Have found consistently good fares at this site and have seen none better. Web site is easy to navigate. Recommended.

Easy, user friendly interface and good prices. About a year ago, I got a round trip from Indianapolis to Sacremento for only $159.00. That's less than it cost me to fly there in the '70's! And, all other travel sites, at the time, were quoting the same flight for way above that price. Just recently nabbed a couple of tickets to New York for a great price through this site too. I've found at least one other site that is fairly similar in price quotes, but none ever lower.

I couldn't find anything in here. It was very confusing to use, and the prices were nothing compared to cheap. I couldn't even find the destination I was looking for. It's too complicated.

I'm a big fan of lowestfare.com. For my last two trips I have browsed Expedia, Travelocity, and Lowestfare, and each time, have found the best price on LowestFare. Also, I like that you don't have to register to check prices - you can just go to the Web site, check your fare, and if it is in the ballpark of what you are looking for, then you can go through the hassle of registering.

I've used Lowestfare.com several times for tickets and always been satisfied and always got a good price as well. One time I got screwed by TWA because they took my reservation and credit card number and then never actually booked my ticket so when I called to confirm they were like "sorry, we don't believe you actually booked it now the fare is $200 more, do you want it?" So I went to lowesfare and although it wasn't as cheap as my first ticket it it was much better than what TWA was quoting me and it was ON TWA! Which was too bad but hey I was desperate.

This site sometimes has good specials, however, I have found that the general airfare is mever as good as the prices I found elsewhere. In addition, it does not seem that the site is updated very often.
