I have had nothing but bad experiences. I've had terrible burns and 20+ visits and still have to shave every day. Teresa promised me a refund and now won't return my calls/inquiries. you decide...

I am posting this to as many websites like this that I can find to get the word out: If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a package to treat my back, shoulders, and anterior neck. I was told by Hal at the Brentwood office that 8 treatments were included, but that they would do as many as it took to get rid of the hair. Lifetime touchups as well. The Brentwood office is now closed. I contacted the Louisville office and they refuse to refund any money, saying that I got what I paid for and that I can drive 6 hours round trip and come there to be treated for the gimmicky "free treatment and lifetime touchups". Seems like an unfair business practice and I will be taking them to small claims court. There are many options for laser hair removal, don't use this dishonest company or do business with Teresa Loving in any capacity. Interesting. That Theresa would continue to sign up new clients when she has been trying to unload the Brentwood location for several years. Signing up new clients and then shutting the doors constitutes theft in just about any state, If she knowingly and intentionally signed up new clients and then closed up for whatever reason she could be prosecuted. I would suggest you contact the Attorney general for the state of Tennessee. Sure everyone who knows how to use Google can see that she has an F rating with the BBB. Also numerous lawsuits in Kentucky which are public record. Do your research and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just call and ask to speak with her and just dont hold your breath waiting for that return phone call. Do as I did and go to the office , you will probably find her trying to sell a package to a senior citizen with white hair (She claims her lasers can get light hair....NOT) ONCE AGAIN.....BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loving Laser staff is very helpful and accommodating to each individuals needs. I enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the clinic and feel safe knowing that my treatments are being done by Registered Nurses. I have only had 2 treatments on my underarms but already have great results, only shaving once a week! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Trying to get an appointment that works with your schedule at this place is insane. Thought about trying to get a refund, but from what I've read on here and certain websites that deal with better businesses, it is highly unlikely.

If by any chance you pay for a complete package and have to leave the state because you don't have a job anymore - Theresa probably won't answer your calls. That's exactly what's happening to me. I'd like some of my money back because I won't be able to continue my treatment. Upon further research, apparently she's got a reputation for not returning calls of this manner. I've contacted the bureau (for better business) and will move onto small claims court shortly. But for now: I'm telling everyone I know in the Louisville/KY area - stay away from Theresa Loving!

When I looked for reviews for Loving Laser I was unable to find any current ones. However I gave them a try because they were running an excellent special. This was my 1st experience with laser hair removal and I must say I am very impressed. The staff were super helpful and answered all my questions- even the ones I felt were "stupid". I am so happy that I chose them to take care of my hair removal, and I can not wait until the hair is gone permanently!

This company has the highest number of unsatisfied complaints in Louisville. Their customer service is horrible.
