I started going to Long Chiropractic about two years ago, not because I had any particular problem, but because someone gave me a gift certificate for a free exam. I had never been to a chiropracter before, and I was curious. From my very first visit, I felt warmly welcomed; I liked being there; it was a "family" kind of feeling; it was like they really cared about me and what I needed from them. By about my third visit, all three doctors and the receptionist were greeting me by name. Dr Becky is my doctor and she has become a friend. I come to her with my various minor "ailments" and she tries to take care of them. Sometimes she suceeds; sometimes she doesn't, but always when I leave, I feel that healing has taken place. In recent months, I've also gotten to know Dr Lara, and she's just like her sister, Becky! I'm nobody special, but when I'm with them, they make me feel like I'm the most important person in the world. It's a nice feeling. This place is like Magic for me. N... Read more

I've been seeing Dr. Becky Long regularly for almost a year now and it's been a great experience all around. The office is always pleasant to go into even when it's busy. Cheryl always greets me warmly and takes the time to say hi to my kids too! I originally started going to Dr. Becky because she made it so easy for me to get the care I needed while also recognizing that I'm a busy mom. The kid-friendly aspect alone makes it unique and worth recommending. I've also been impressed with the professionalism at Long Chiropractic. Dr. Becky, Dr. Lara and Dr. Mike work hard to make sure I am feeling my best! I feel like I am receiving top-quality care from the x-rays and exams all the way to the adjustments themselves. Cheryl at the front desk has always worked with me to schedule my appointments and take care of my insurance billing and co-payments. I think that if all medical practices handled themselves and their patients like the people at Long Chiropractic did we wouldn't be t... Read more

The doctors here are awesome. I came here with the worst back pain and not only fixed my back, but stopped my migraines, too. I've been to bad chiropractors before and I came here sort of nervous, but all three doctors were super gentle and effective. They also have a free weekly class they offer to explain what they do, so I knew what they were doing and why- I it totally helped me understand and trust them. I saw Dr. Becky the entire time I was pregnant and my son has seen all the doctors since he was four days old. The best part of this office is I can call on a whim and the front desk is really helpful in working me in so I can be seen that same day. They have a supervised play room so my kids can go play so I can relax. They also have a great massage therapist that works wonders. Seriously, these doctors will change your life!

This office is amazing! I completely disagree with the earlier post saying the front desk staff is rude. I have two small children that I would never dream of taking with me to any other doctor visit, but here not only do they adjust my children. The ladies at the front desk play with them, give them stamps and even held and rocked my baby when she was itty bitty. This is the warmest office I have ever been in, and it is only made that way by the amazing people in it. The quality of care is exceptional. I love these doctors and this office, I have recommended it time and again to anyone in need of care. If it were not for Dr. Becky I would have been unable to walk through most of my pregnancy. These women are awesome!

Yes, Dr. Long is a good chiropractor, Dr. Mike and Dr. Becky, too IF you can make it past the front desk receptionist who is often rude, condescending and acts like it is a real pain to schedule you an appointment, tell you the time or check you in. I had convinced myself maybe they needed an aggressive personality to deal with filing insurance claims, etc. but then I found out she does not do any of that, she is the receptionist only. She needs to work on her people skills. What is the point in going to an alternative health center for hands-on treatment if you are treated rudely by the office staff? There are plenty of capable, competent chiropractors in Seattle with nice office staff.

Although she occasionally recommends things I find somewhat hokey (e.g. Nikken sleep system), I think Becky Long is an excellent chiropractor. She has a good sense of humor and a very non-doctorlike bedside manner. She is very receptive to input from the patient, and she will help with injuries to areas other than the back. I hurt my finger in a snowboarding accident, and she fixed it before I even thought to ask her to. Becky also is good at answering patients' questions in an easily understandable way. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their quality of life by eliminating back pain.
