Sat Dec 12 2009I just left Lone Mountain Hospital and I have to share my experience. I have been a customer there for over three years and have 5 pets and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I also take care of a large feral cat colony where I live. I do TNR (Trap Spay/Neuter Release), but there are always some of the cats I don't catch who have kittens. I do my best to take care of all these cats by feeding, watering and providing a warm safe place for them to sleep on my porch. I have noticed that the kittens, there are about 8-10 of them, have come down with upper respiratory disease. I was able to catch one of them this morning so I took it in to Lone Mountain. The kitten is very sick and I was hoping there was something that could be done, or advice given, on what I can do to help these poor little guys out. Fri Aug 14 2009I have to disagree with BadVet's opinion of this hospital. I have been taking my pet's here for years and have never experienced what she claims she did. What the doctors have done for me is offer a care plan and allowed me to choose the level of care for my pets that I could afford. I also have never been charged for instructions/demonstrations for use of medications. I find it amusing that this person was offended they do not offer a payment plan, I never even thought this would be an option for a vet. I always assumed it was pay as you go, sounds as if I assumed correctly. I will say again I highly recommend this vet's office for care of your precious ones.

Fri Jun 12 2009$$$$$=Lone Mountain Animal Hospital. They not only misdiagnosed my pet...performed needless, expensive tests (3 of which had to be performed again due to errors in the first test samples!!!). They don't have payment plans and they charge for demonstrating how a medicine is administered! YES! You get charged extra if they have to show you how to give your pet medicine or anything else! They suck...do your homework and find a qualified Vet hospital.

Thu May 26 2005i used to work at this hospital. i loved it. had to leave because of familly illness. it wasnt so much on good terms but i still loved the docs that worked here. Dr. White was great. i learned so much that i wouldnt have learned from a text book. not to mention they do have very resonable rates for pretty much everything. even after hours emergency office visits. kelly
