This show was great. I would watch it each week. Some weeks my brother would watch as well. When it ended I was not that upset. The last season was not the best.

Teri Hatcher was hot. Probably too much for the Lois Lane part. Both she and Cains' good looks made the show a bit less believable. One of the better versions of the old superman story. Very good production values.

It could have been a great show - if they hadn't chosen a wooden chubby superman

Wonderful show until Lois and Clark hooked up and then it went straight downhill. The best episodes featured John Shea as Lex Luthor and they should have never gotten rid of him.

One of several stylized, family-oriented concept dramas to come out of the early 90s (alongside Star Trek: The Next Generation and with Seaquest DSV and The Flash), this vision of Superman is an excellent one--in my eyes, second only to the Bruce Timm animated series of the 1990s. The acting is extremely solid--and all of the main characters are excellently portrayed. The balance between humor and drama is done quite well, as no show needs to be completely serious for 45 minutes. There is no objectionable contents, and the lines between good and evil are clearly drawn (try finding that in a drama that's on today). The special effects may be inferior to those found on the Star Trek shows of the time (including TNG, DS9, and VOY), but are still servicable. Special note also should go to the music--apporpriately bombastic and not too muted.

This was a good show. I used to watch it a couple years ago during the summer. I never much was into Superman, but Dean Cain was cool.

One of my favorite shows of all time. Love Dean Cain and anything Superman. Great combo!

In my late-teens during the mid-1990s, there was not a better show than 'Lois & Clark'. My friends and I use to watch it on Sunday nights. Admittedly, however, it was the vivacious and perpetually-cute Teri Hatcher who we loved to watch. She was undoubtedly one of the sexiest women on television (and still is). As far as the storylines, they were also good (not great). Still today, we are in awe as to why Lois was fooled by Clark Kent's eye-glasses- and could not connect him to Superman (other than to believe they were friends). But in retrospect, 'Lois & Clark' was one one of the more entertaining- if one of the more-underrated shows ever.

I loved this show a lot, loved actores who played in it as well as atmosphere in the film. Someone may say it is childish but there should be more Supermen in the world!

I miss this show so much. Romantic, action packed and carried on all the superman stereo types that us comic geeks know and read about.

Great show but the ending was really a disappointment. Too bad. The writers ought to be shot...

A great show most of the time, a little too lovey dovey at times. Teri hatcher is such a beautiful and playful lady. I think she comes across a little stuck-up at times and hard headed...but then I can remember being in love with someone very much like her. Sorry to see the show cancelled..it was cancelled in such a hurry that none of the stars knew about it. It seems they could have said something to the cast so maybe they could try some crazy things to keep things going...that's sort of the remark that Dean Cain made when he learned the show was gone.

Fun show to watch. I love the whole Superman story though. I loved that Clark was more human and acted like a regular guy. Dean Cain was better as Clark then Superman. I sometimes cringed when he came out as Superman. He came across as not sympathetic and silly, too uptight at times. Teri Hatcher was great as Lois Lane. Lane Smith was the best Perry White. I loved it that he was an Elvis fan. He brought a great deal of warmth and humor to the role. I love Eddie Jones, a great character actor and he made a wonderful Jonathan. K. Callan was superb as Martha. The two actors who played Jimmy were equally good. I don't understand why they got rid of Kat she was a lot of fun. John Shea was good as Lex, not a black and white villian. The Churche's were rather silly villians but it was played by the great Peter Boyle and the amusing Bruce Campbell. The first 3 seasons were good. The fourth had some good storylines. It went down in it's last year. The show had a good run. Goo... Read more

the show is pretty fun to watch, but i keep wondering: why oh why do all the superheroes have to wear their underwear on top of their clothes? Superman, captain Planet, Spiderman... makes me think, maybe if i put my underwear on top of my pants, i'll have superpowers too. maybe i should put BOTH my underwear and my bra on top of my clothes, then i'll be twice as strong as Superman! and pleeeeeze, everyone at the daily planet, especially Lois, get your eyesight checked! Superman is Clark without glasses! oh and by the way: honestly, i think Superman is uglier than Clark Kent, it must be the hair style.

Callmetootie has still not impressed me once. George Reeves? I believe it was Christopher Reeves, and it did not come from the 1950's. Teri Hatcher is HOT. The show was not like the old superman, but it was still entertaining.

I'm a big Superman fan from way back, but I found this show to be just downright goofy. This used to show in reruns on TNT opposite Wonder Woman on the sci-fi channel. I always watched the WW episodes. They were much much better.

Lois and Clark was a reall bad attempt to revive the original 50's George Reeves series, The New Adventures Of Superman. What we have here is a corny, mushy hour long show that focuses more on sex-related topics then fighting the evil Lex Luthor. Their chemistry is horrible, and so is this bad attempt to revive a classic series.
