5 months after paying for a logo design that they claim could take as little as I 3 days, I have nothing to show for it. After selecting an "initial concept" (the one they will keep working on to create a satisfactory logo", I was told that the selection voids any guarantee or warranty on the logo. Huh? How can you claim to guarantee your work and then void the promise when a customer decides to do business with you? Anyway, that is just one part of the problem. The bigger issue is that I had purchased a whole start up package from them (website design, etc.). Since they could not get the logo right (failed to follow the detailed guidelines I submitted with my purchase), I decided to cancel the rest of my order. This, of course, should not have violated their precious "warranty" because I did not select any initial concepts for the remaining work, and no action was taken on their part.
