Never again, stay away from these guys. They have another store under a different name and they post identical glowing reviews for both of them. They don't seem to be able to get a good review based on their quality of service. If you want a good place to go, go to computer medic. They are super and cleaned up my logic approach mess. This place not only has terrible customer service but the computers they sell are also of terrible quality. I bought a laptop and right after I bought it but before trasnferng any data II called to tell them it was makinig noise. They told me don't worry about it and it would be fine. 45 days later it crashed and they told me even though I had called my warranty was up and I had to spend another $75 for another hard drive. Then in 3 weeks that one started making noise and had the blue screen that comes before a full crash. This was under warrant but I had misplaced my receipt and they wanted $75 just to look up the sale on their computer. A ... Read more

I have been shopping at this local store for about 10 years. I must say that each time I come in I am greeted immediately and helped. This is unheard of for any tech retail store. I buy parts for my clients here as well as for myself. The store has been remodeled recently and looks great. They actually carry lots of stuff for a seemingly small space. You never know what you will find on sale, so I check often - lately they have had killer prices on Hard Drives - even beating Fry's (and that is hard to do). You can't really go wrong - they have been around for a long time and have always been helpful to me even when problems arise.

I bought a used DDR memory card only to get home and realize they had given me the wrong type. When I returned to the store to exchange the item, they did not have one in stock new or used. I asked for a refund and was told of a 20% "restocking fee". I complained stating that I had been sold the wrong item - how was it fair to charge me for their mistake? They would not concede at all. The boy behind the counter was smug and seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction. I will not go back there. As it goes, I was able to buy a brand new memory card with twice the space for less at Office Depot.

Called first and got a live person who could advise me after a few rings (compared to Dell where I waited on hold for 30 minutes). Brought my notebook in after 1yr-old splashed some lemonade on it. One of the Logic Approach techs had the computer diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours! On top of that I found many deals throughout the store!! I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants top notch service and a great value!

One would be so lucky to find a computer store like this! It is a gem! We shop at Logic Approach all the time - we bought our computers here, our children's computers here and we recommend all of our friends. The employees are so eager to help and you can tell that they love what they are doing. A rare find. Thanks Logic Approach!

Logic Approach operates on a more advanced level than your everday Circuit City tech squad gigs. The repair technician there is excellent... incredibly knowledgeable, always has fast turn around time and my problems are always fixed. I never have to go back for the same issue. They are reasonably priced, extremely accomodating, eager for my business, and always thorough. I only trust Logic Approach to handle my issues and upgrades because they do an outstanding job.

Never, ever, ever buy a refurbished computer from Logic Approach. Learn from my experience. They have signs all over their store saying that they charge a 20% restocking fee on all "good working product." However, I recently took back a defected laptop. The cursor was problematic, as in it would get stuck in one corner of the screen and not move. This, to me, does not satisfy the criteria for "good working product" and should not by any definition qualify as "good working." Additionally, the return was well within an acceptable time frame since I took the computer back within a week of the purchase. Guess what though... They charged me the 20% restocking fee and would not budge. They did offer to switch the computer with another, but after getting one lemon, I'd rather not exchange for another. The point was that they sold me a defective laptop and would not honor their refund policy. So, take my $80 lesson and use it free of charge. If you want to purchase a refurbished computer,... I've been going there for a few years and its had its ups and downs. The customer service hasn't been all that great. I stopped in to see what they had and i was extremely shocked at the professional attitude and knowledge that some of the new employees had. When I asked for a product, they walked me to the product and showed me different kinds of what they had. He even asked me what it was for and made some recommendations, and for a non-computer geek, it really helped. I also, had my computer checked in for service, and not only did they have it done in a day, it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Excellent computer technicians. Way to turn things around guys!

Bought a monitor here, they forgot to put the cable in the box. Their solution: get back in my car and drive all the way down there. This is not the first time buying stuff from them required multiple trips. If it were my business and I cared about customer satisfaction I would say, "I am so sorry that was my mistake. We will drop a new cord by your house." That would be the fairest thing to offer.

Very friendly folks at Logic Approach. Seems that they keep getting new inventory weekly so I can't help but check back regularly. Very convenient and quite honestly there is no better place to get a computer part for cheap.

This used to be my favorite store. Now that there's a new owner they have fewer choices and I always get the impression I am interrupting the guy from surfing the web whenever I walk through the door. I asked if they had a product, but instead of getting up out of his seat and searching the bins, the guy said "No." I shuffled and got what I was looking for. As for the used hardware, they don't have the drivers. "Where do I get it?" I asked. "Look on a website," he gruffed, turning back to his web-surfing. I gave them 4 different chances. It's not a fluke...it's a new policy. The people that used to work there could tell me everything I needed to know. I miss them. It used to be my favorite store, and now they're worse than Office Depot. Go somewhere else for your stuff.
