Tue Jan 26 2010I did a volunteer repo and I was threatened over the phone by a customer service rep.Now to top it off they are suing me! WTF. Don't do business with them they will screw you in the end.

Tue Oct 27 2009Customer reps are so rude. The owners of this business should call in as customers to see for themselves. I paid off my loan in full by phone. 2 months later no pink slip. We called to see whta was holding up our pink slip.Then they tell us we owe more money. Are you kidding me. Whats the point of getting a payoff amount if after you pay they upcharge you more.The represenitives are so rude. Beware of this company. They will charge you even after you pay your loan off....

Sat Jul 18 2009What makes doing business with these people (if they really are People or a business in the US) is that they are rude, consitantly stupid and think eveyone speaks spanish....what is aweful about doing business with them is how they never can transfer you to a manager or anyone who knows what is going on. We mearly need a tiltle transfer from Arizona to New Mexico to register our truck. We (and DMV) have tried to contact someone with at least an IQ of 70 to figure out how to go about doing this simple but necessary task. The phone fairy's will only transfer you to a fictisious recording and no one will return a call. Finally someone did (not the person I was transfered to) and she was maybe 12. What is requested at this point is basically all new info about whereabouts, income, address (that they already have) and the funny thing is we only have a couple of payments left and have been very good about our past payments and they wondered "do we have jobs". I wanna say,I read alot of bad reviews regarding your company when I first came aboard.But I always thought people were maybe going threw things or upset at ridiculous situations. But NO! I must say,your company is an embarrassment, a shame. If I could go back to my old finance company I would. Your rep's are extremely rude.Its not even funny.They give off bad vibes,no matter what your calling for.Which makes me understand why you would hire rep's like this.They represent you WELL.You charge for EVERYTHING. How in the world do you charge for me to make a payment over the ph by check. When its 2009 and Im unable to make a payment by credit card b/c you DON'T EXCEPT CC PAYMENTS. I don't have an option, HELLO. No one mails in payments anymore. I have never seen a company like this before. One day you will get yours. Mon Aug 18 2008I USED THEM TO FINANCE MY CAR AND IF PAYMENT IS NOT IN ON PAYMENT DAY THEY WILL CALL YOU AND EVERY ONE YOU PUT DOWN AS A REFFRANCE EVERY HOURB ON THE HOUR UNTILL PAYMENT POST EVEN THOUGH I MAILLED OUT THE PAYMENT A FEW DAYS BEFORE. THIS JUST STARTED I HAVE HAD BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS WITH THEM FOR THE PAST 29 MONTHS AND NOW IF YOU 2MIN LATE ON PAYMENT THAY WILL CALL AND CALL AND CALL UNTILL THE RECIVE IT EVEN IF IT IS ON ITS WAY. MY SISTER USES ANOTHER COMPANY AND SHE CAN BE A MONTH LATE AND THE WILL NOT BOTHER HER THE WILL JUST ASK HER IF SHE IS DOING OK OR NEEDS SOME MORE TIME THEY DO NOT BREATH DOWN HER BACK LIKE LOBEL. I THINK LOBEL IS VERY BAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fri Jun 13 2008RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY! I don't even have any business with this company and I want to do that! Lobel Financial keeps calling my home asking for a person I have never heard of. They call my home every day. I have tried answering the phone and telling them that I have never heard of this person. All they do is hang up on me before I can even finish the sentence. I have tried calling a supervisor in their Anaheim office and telling them that I have never heard of this person and if they keep calling my home I will be forced to take them to court for harrassment . That stopped the phone calls for less than a week. These people just don't get it and don't want to. I even told the supervisor that obviously the person they are looking for had obviously given them a phony phone number (lucky me, it's mine) and they still keep calling anyway. Sometimes they leave the message on my machine in Spanish and I don't speak or understand Spanish. These people are UNBELIEV... Read more

Thu Jan 17 2008This business didn't even care that their repo co. they work with drained the radiator and removed fuses from the car and almost blew the engion of a 2000 car.Why would they not care if they still own the car!
