Just look at the other people that complained and copy and paste our frustation! We took the bait n promise of a great website-with flash and media for our shoe co on Nov 5 th 2009 to be completed in 6 weeks. Well, 2000 dollars later ( 500 which they charged because they had our credit info and they just felt like doing so. Lisa claimed it was an error saying they would reverse the charges after they finished the site. ( still not completed )In most books that is theft! We have no site and we are an online shoe store as well as a boutique in Atlanta GA. We are so upset and angry it goes beyond words!!! We have cried, pleaded, talked emailed, Only to recieve the same bull! They have Nice conversation, ( when they decide to call or email- usually when they are closing and will not answered if we call right back) limited skill & our money! When I first heard about LM designing I was a bit unsure of there work. I really had some second thoughts, but speaking with Noel and going through the beginning stages of my website, he really put me at ease. I was really shocked on how attentive and professional this company was. The constant calls and emails, letting me know where they were at in the production process made me realize that I had made the right choice. What an amazing job they did!! Beware and stay away from LMDesigning! I had personally hired LMDesigning to develop a website. At first things went well. Lisa, the owner, seemed to know how to design a website and activity moved along as expected. Then half way through the project, Lisa did not make herself available, did not return my countless phone calls or emails, or complete my site. What's more...my credit card was charged without authorization. I called my credit card company to complain and dispute the charge. In the end, I did not get a website. Beware of the other reviews posted on this site citing excellent work and service. If you don't believe me, here's what I recommend you do at a minimum (and actually recommend this when dealing with any vendor): 1) use a virtual credit card number when paying for online service so the vendor cannot charge your credit card more than once without authorization. Well I can see I am not alone in my praise to LM Designing. If you need a rush job, this is not the place! they are methodical! Within a day of having paid my deposit, I got a call from the production team itself. I did not have to relay my need through a "salesman"! Eric and Jason (production manager and mock up manager, respectively) were great. They not only helped me, they educated me! I was not the easiest customer, (mostly because I wanted everything done yesterday!) but Jason and Eric were patient with me and gave me options I did not know I had! All in All, I would recommend them enthusiatically!

Great experience with the LM Designing team, I called in and was quoted a very fair fee for a 5 page informational website after other design teams were offering the same site upwards of thousands of dollars. The team gave me a 'run down' of how the process works, after the design was completed with Jason I was introduced to my own project manager Erik, he was easy to work with, offered suggestions on how to best format the site as well as always offered an "ear' to listed in on what I was trying to achieve. All in all, I can honestly say that there is no better team to take on your project. I am very satisfied with the overall service and attention to detail that this company offers. Kudos to LM Designing.

I have used another company before for another site of mine about 3 years back. It was not the easiest project! Lots of communication break down and things were not done right so I was hestitant this time around. I called LM Designing and found the initial conversation easy, easy and quick to get an estimate along with a break down confirmation of the project. Then I was introduced to the team I would be working with and it was a sinch. I am very pleased with the team and the process they use to get my new site done. They are not the cheapest, certainly not expensive, I would use them down the road for my next business adventure. Very Pleased.

This company worked for over five months to build us a site that they quoted us as less than a forty hour job. They were unresponsive to contact, often taking one or two weeks to get back to us. They charged us twice without authorization or warning, and overcharged us for hosting services that we weren't even using BECAUSE OUR SITE WASN'T DONE YET!! Attempts at getting even the simplest changes made were like pulling the teeth of an extremely surly grizzly bear. Eric is one of the most disorganized and presumptuous individuals we have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Go anywhere else to have your site built. All the empty promises in the beginning were great, but particular graphics they were supposed to deliver.. Well, you know how it goes. I had never built a website before and chose LM Designing based on the price, the way the salesperson walked me through the process, and referrals. He also gave me several other people to contact who had worked with LM Designing. After speaking with them personally, I was sold. And I'm glad I went with them. The design manager and project manager were very helpful every step of the way and it went very quickly. If you're thinking about going with LM Designing, don't listen to me, don't listen to any reviews good or bad, just find out for yourself.

I am going to be Honest in my posting, as it feels some of the other reports on this company have been extremely unfair. My web design project would be the very first of many to come so when I first began my process for searching for a web designer to bring my project to fruition I called at least 10 different companies. I was looking for someone who could realize my vision with my budget. During this time I was met with either one of two things, exorbitant quotes on the project or limited capabilities with meeting my project goals. After doing a ton of due diligence on LM Designing, I read everything on the company Good and Bad, and spoke with at least 3 people at the company personally to make sure not only my needs could be met but met within my budgetary constraints; I signed the contract and made my deposit. LM design captured the exact website design I had in mind. They always returned my calls and emails very fast and answered all my questions. Very easy to deal with and got my site up and running fast! I live in NJ and LM Design is in Los Angeles....no need to have a local designer at all.
