Mon Jun 01 2009I kind of AM Christian, so I think I could swing it as long as they weren't fundamental.

Thu Apr 02 2009So long as I don't have to listen to his dogma barking at my karma there's not a problem I could foresee.

Wed Apr 01 2009Live with a christian?....Good idea. Yes indeed, christinas are calm people to live with. But I suspect that, not everybody who agree to believe that, Christians are the only people to live with. There are also decent atheists who live the moral way of life. For example live with a buddhist. Buddhists are very friendly people. How about Jews?...even muslims. Anybody who fear God. Put christianity aside, and ask first why does God "the only spotless being" who hates filthiness agree to hnadle us, we the rogues, despite us being the most disgusting beings ever!...he still agrees to live with us.

Wed Apr 01 2009Well being a Christian myself, I assume it wouldn't be too much of an issue. Unless they were a particularly zealous specimen who told me I was a "child of Satan" every time I scratched myself...

Tue Oct 14 2008This would be easy and long as he or she doesn't dump a bucket of holy water on me or blame me if they misplace their bible. This is an easy one. I don't think people (in general) push religion on you.

Tue Oct 14 2008Just how Christian are we talking about here? There's Ned Flanders and then ther'es Reverened Wright... and would I have to go to Church or could I sit at home watching musicals on a Sunday morning?

Tue Oct 14 2008Depending on what type and level there in it could go either way but I think I could stick it out.

Tue Oct 14 2008Well, I'm a Yid and Stark is a Christian and we've been living together for seven years, so I guess we passed the test, eh?Actually, it's been an education for the both of us. She says "Oy vey!", knows what "kvell" means and likes kugel. She is somewhat of a bibilcal scholar (to me anyways) and has answered a lot of questions concerning its historical relevance. We've shared a lot about customs, rituals and history and have never...ever...bashed each other over the head about religion, or even had an arguement over religious issues... in spite of some stark differences. I guess the key is in the sharing...(Heh Heh....she thinks that Judaism is a religion that is practiced in the kitchen...)Update: I was awoken in the middle of the night by Stark. She was shaking a little bottle of water over me and chanting, "The body of Christ compels you! The body of Christ compels you!"Seems that we ran out of coffee that day. Lord...forgive me...

Tue Jun 24 2008Fine, so long as they (she-- living with a Christian for 30 days will be that much easier if it's a she) don't feel that their life's mission suddenly comes down to nagging me incessantly about my heathenish characteristics and trying to proselytize me. Once the proselytizing starts, I won't last 30 seconds, much less 30 days.

Tue Jun 24 2008I would not mind living with a Christian. if they show respect for someone who may not be as religious as they are or maybe even an atheist. I believe in God read the Bible on occasion. It may be trouble if they force their beliefs on me and insult me by telling me I am going to Hell if I listen to certain music selections, or judge what I watch on TV or many other things. I would not like it if they had this holier than thou attitude.otherwise no problem.

Tue Jun 24 2008More information needed. If we're talking about the likes of Falwell, Robertson or some of the televangelist whacko's no.Some devout and respectful Christian? In a hearbeat.

Mon Jun 23 2008Um, I are one. Still, depending on what manner of Christian I gotta live with it could be interesting...

Mon Jun 23 2008Would love this. "What's it like practicing a religion that steals shamelessly from Pagan practices?" "How do you live with the historical evidence that the Bible is one of the most obviously edited and changed works in literature?" "Would Jesus drive a Hummer?" It's better than TV- far more entertaining. . .
