Yes, I admit when this came out, I liked it, it was a very unique upbeat song, the video was sleek and sexy. Every other song Ricky has put out has been horrible though. Another one of those famous for 15 minutes stars.

A standeard pop hit by any means. However, Wayne Isham is a great director. There's a lot of great sceneery to go along with the mood of the song. The video was also one of the first to feature the up-close fast forward motion that has become very popular in tv and music today.

Ricky Martin is one of my guilty pleasures. I love his music and I think he has great dance moves. Livin' La Vida Loca is a song that makes me want to get up and dance. I love it!

This video doesn't even hold a candle to the classic Bohemian Rhapsody or Thriller. The song is terrible and the video is worse still.

Another great video by the best singer in the entire universe by a fabulous director. Ricky and Wayne make a great team when it comes to making videos. Song is great and Ricky is HOT HOT HOT!!!

Livin' La Vida Loca has to be the best video of all time. A very original song, great musicians and a singer that has all the qualities that make a truly international mega star. Talent, looks, charisma, a beautiful human being inside and out and let's not forget that Armani wardrobe. And that hot wax scene has to be the most romantic and sexiest of all time. This is the best video ever!

I find it shocking that people could rate this the number one video of all time. Sure, it is professional and somewhat visually stunning but consider other videos that are much more visually and have a great deal more depth. There was no point to this video, no art. I'm not saying that all music videos have to be high art, but all this was was RIcky Martin standing on stage and a bunch of people dancing around. I mean, I like Ricky Martin just fine. I can't say I love him but I have nothing against him. I enjoy his music. But lets not forget that just because you love Ricky Martin does not mean that his video is the best of all time.

This is a great video, fast paced, makes you want to get up and dance (even those of us who are horrible dancers!) I like this video but love the song even more.

Livin' La Vida Loca is a fun and bouncy song, easy to dance to, even for those of us with two left feet the beat picks you up and carries you along. The video shows Ricky performing onstage in a club with dancers, interspersed with snippets of the "loca" doings of the main characters. A classic red Mustang figures prominently in the craziness, and I love the facial expression I characterize as, "Honey, I love you, but you're not helping," when she stands up in the Mustang and steps across his lap to give him a hug. You have to watch carefully to catch the short "hot" bits where the actress, nearly unclothed, drips candlewax on Ricky and kisses him with apparent passion. Guys, you'll love the wet ladies shown during the chorus of "she'll make you take your clothes off and go dancing in the rain." Ricky is easy to look at, and delightful to listen to. I am not a huge Ricky Martin fan, but this video definitely achieves what it set out to. It gets you in the groove and ready to dance... a really fun video with a great beat.
