Mon Jan 18 2010They get no stars from me! They promise much and give much less. The only thing I can say is that google did not shut me down while I was in their clutches. I tried to cancel the contract and even pay them out, but no deal, Live Deal. Where I was doing 6 leads a day, I went to 4 leads a month during their proud stay. It almost put me out of business. I would tell anyone who listens, stay away from the bad deal at Live Deal.

Tue Oct 13 2009I found several reviews about LiveDeal online (unfortunately, not the other one here), and now believe that they are bogus. Based upon those reviews, I contracted with LiveDeal in January of 2009 for an Internet ad campaign for my computer consulting business. The contract was meager & should have been easily fulfilled -- $600/qtr for a minimum of 600 hits/qtr to my website. We made several adjustments (mostly at their recommendation - I'm an IT guy, not a marketing guy. I was PAYING for their advise, so I TOOK their advise!) - but after 6-months, there were less than 100 click-throughs to our website. It was so bad, the associate I spoke to in June agreed to suspend the campaign and close my account. He also said he would refer my account to Quality Assurance so that they could try to fix what went wrong in my case. Thu Jul 09 2009LiveDeal is one of the worst companies I have worked with. After promising that they had special ways to find the key words for my business and would see that I was advertised on the first page; adverstised in the top blue box on Google, advertised on local maps, and also would be adverstised on MSN (Bing), Yahoo, and Ask they did nothing. I have paid for 4 months and you cannot even find my website, if you type in the name of my company and city ( Servpro Redmond) on any site period. Nor can you find me if you type in any of our key words, such a water damage, fire, mold, etc Stay away from this company at all cost! Not only have they cost me the money I have spent, they have also cost me 100 of thousands of dollars in sales. What they promised they can do, you can actually do on your own, by just going to the Google and other websites. And for much cheeper.
