I placed my order, paid for 2 day shipping, for a special trip. I was promised it would ship on the following business day. I attempted to communicate with them via email and their website twice within the week to ensure it had shipped, but did not get any response. I finally received an email today, after leaving a voicemail and comment on their website, saying they didn't realize I had 2 day shipping and therefore hadn't even shipped my items. Needless to say, I am leaving tonight for my trip without any of the items I had wanted to take with me, and cannot even shop locally due to the time constraints to make up for their mistakes. If you want responsive service or to receive your items in the timeframe promised, do not shop here.

I ordered two pairs of underwear. My order was shipped extremely fast, and the first pair of underwear was perfect (I also felt they were pretty inexpensive). The second pair, however, was supposed to be yellow. It even showed yellow on the website. But when I received the second pair, it was an off-white. I emailed them asking for an exchange, and they said they wouldn't do it (I hadn't even taken them out of the package). If they would've worked with me even a little I would've been a repeat customer. But now I will not order from them again.

I've ordered 4 items from Lingerie Diva. Two of them did not fit (you can't go by the sizes they give in their size charts.) I'm a size 7 & even their large size wouldn't fit me. One of the items I returned they sent back to me today saying that it looked like it had been worn. BS !! It was tried on not worn !!! just a way for them not to stand behind their return policy. How are you supposed to know if an item fits, if you can't even try it on ????? In summary I would say their QUALITY IS POOR, THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN RETURN POLICIES. I guess it should have been a hint when you have to search thru their website and run off your own "return policy form". PS If you call their phone number, no one every answers. You have to leave a message and hope for a call back.

The quality was horrible considering the price. They dont refund money. They dont fix order. Mens items is not produced to wear. Its garbage Save your money. Beware of this when making a purchase! Elisabeth

I have been ordering from LingerieDiva for a couple of years now. I always order their corsets. I must own 10 or more. I have NEVER been disappointed with any of them. They are great quality, beautiful, and always arrive in a very short amount of time. I purchased the very first corset I ever owned from them. Now I am totally hooked. I wear them to work over my blouses. I want them to be seen. I have recommended LingerieDiva to friends who would never have dreamt of wearing corsets. The corsets are sexy and elegant. Prices are great! This is an added bonus. I am willing to spend a large amount of money on a great corset, but am glad I don't have to. I even lent one of them to a friends daughter to wear over her dress for the prom. Imagine A teenage girl thinking one of my corsets was not only cool enough to wear to her prom, but also appropriate enough! I would highly recommend this company. Also items come wonderfuly and discreetly packeged.

The packaging was fine and my items were shipped quickly, but they sent me the wrong bra size. The quality was also pretty low considering the price. For those of us who do not have artificial breasts, non-supportive lingerie is NOT going to look like what it does in the pictures. Beware of this when making a purchase!

I bought some lingerie and I got it in the mail pretty fast but the quality was horrible. Trust me, the fabric looks nothing like what's in the pictures. The stuff I ordered had to be made by a man too. Apparently women's boobs are supposed to be too far apart and squished. It definitely didn't look good.
