Ling Ling Potstickers

These are just fantastic. There are probably more than these two ways to make them, but this is what we do; Just steam them, don't boil, put them on a steaming rack and about 15 minutes later, they're great. For real "potstickers" - spray a pan with non-stick, or put in a few tablespoons oil, and a few tablespoons water. DO NOT heat oil and add water, they both go in cold. Low heat to get water steaming and let it boil out, the dumplings will defrost and then when the water is gone, they'll brown. Need to use low flame, and turn twice, these have like three sides. This way takes some time, but they are better than you get in a restaurant. This $10 package (the 4lb bag at Costco) would cost you $100 if you ordered these as apps in a restaurant.

I absolutely love these things, to be totally honest i am enjoying a plate at the moment. They are amazingly delicious , easy to make, and all natural. The only downside is that they are, somewhat, high in calories, and they have a ton of sodium. I definitely would recommend them to anyone just don't over do it, or your pants may hate you.

We eat these a lot and I just got a bag from Costco so I could try their Potsticker Soup recipe I saw on one the bags we bought. I imagine it will be like WonTon soup but better! They also sell these at Fred Meyer Stores. It is not as big a bag as Costco but Fred Meyer is just down the street, so we get them from there frequently.

They are great and one of my favorite foods, but everyone in the house yells at me when I make them because they smell pretty terrible and make the entire house smell. I just sprayed some air freshener that neutralizes odors and whatnot and it just smells like 'fresh linens' and a toilet now.

These are the best! I couldn't remember where I bought them, so I looked on the website, and found that they are sold at both Von's and Albertons. I'm going to Von's today to find them. They are that good! I cook them using the pan fry/boil method and they are delicious!

Dear Trans:First, the directions recommend against microwaving. Also I think any potsticker would taste like shit if you put it in the microwave. They are meant to be boiled or pan fried.Second, why the hell would you put the sauce packet in the microwave???? You are obviously an idiot. Of COURSE it's going to explode because the water in the packet will convert to a gas, which wants to expand and then then BAM.ThHe food is already prepared for you. It's pretty pathetic that you can't even accomplish heating it up properly.

These are great!!!   I made them for my family today for lunch, everyone loved them.  I can't wait to buy more.  I got mine at target.  I am hoping my local grocery store has them too.

I am a fan of potstickers, but these were disgusting. However, that could be because I microwaved them, which the package recommends against. Also, the microwave instructions said nothing about the sauce packet. I heated the packet along with the dish and the packet exploded. Thanks Ling Ling.

Ling Ling potstickers should be classified as a schedule "A" controlled substance by the Feds. They are like crack. I used have good job, a loving family, and drive a nice car. That is all gone due to my addiction to these heavenly nuggets of culinary perfection. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

what the hell is "Ling Ling" and wtf is a "potsticker"??

Ling Ling Potstickers are absolutely delicious. We buy them at Costco in a bag of approx. 48 price runs around $8.99/bag. We bought them the other day and made (and ate quickly - 2 batches!!!)them, and they can become a huge habit if not careful! Eek! These are so easy to prepare and nummmy! No complaints!

Ling Ling potstickers are a favorite in our household. We like the chicken ones. My son loves them and my mother is Chinese so she is very picky about Chinese foods she eats. They are easy to cook and very convenient for a busy mother like myself.

Ling Ling Potstickers are the BEST out there. I could only find them at Sam's Club and Costco. Sam's Club quit carrying them and started carrying some other brand that I would rate with a 0 out of 5 stars compared to Ling Ling. Costco STILL does carry them, but I did not renew my Costco membership. So whenever I have a friend going, I buy 3 bags when I go with them. our Wal-Mart does not carry groceries.... I wish somebody would carry them! We are having withdrawls!!! Adding New Info the next day).... YESSSSSSS! I was at our local grocery store in Southern California "Albertsons" today and they carry the large bags of Ling-Ling Chicken AND Pork Potstickers. Just couldn't quit dancing! They said they were new.....let's hope they keep it up! If there are as many people loving them as we all do, maybe they'll stick around! They are awesome but they stopped selling them in the grocery store. It makes me angry because they are all I ever ate.

I love ling ling's but i am having the worst time finding them...I have searched everywhere!!! (and I don't like wal-mart) They should be in every grocery store!

Sams no longer sells this product. I used to shop there specifically for this. I asked and they said they don't carry them anymore. Sad. I BOYCOTT WALMART too!!

I just tried Ling-Ling potstickers and I eat them all the time, now. I know that they are sold at all Whole Foods. If there is a Trader Joe's near you they have their own potstickers. They are not as goods as the Ling-Ling's but still delicious. And, they are about half the price and you get more of them.

Anyone know who sells these besides Wal-Mart? I am boycotting Wal-Mart after having worked two months there, and I'd rather not support them. Thanks. These are great, they are like the real thing!

I get 'em all the time at Costco. My mom's are way better, obviously, but they'll do in a pinch. One of the better things that are in the frozen food aisle.

I love this potstickers! I sampled one at Sam's Club in MN and bought some that day and have been addicted to them ever since. They're incredibly delicious!

I live in kansas and the only place that sells these is the Sam's club Wal-mart. I had to look everywhere for them after i came back from my trip to Cali. Ling-Ling Potstickers are one of the best things I have ever eaten.
