Does he give away College Scholarships so poor kids in his Church or community can get a jump start in life? What gives him the right to hold conferences on Money cometh to the body of Christ? What plan does he have in helping money cometh to anyone but himself? Seriously!

Old Leroy teaches to keep the Tithe law as a condition for getting the Lord's approval and money blessings but he forgot to demand Christians keep all the other Old Covenant laws. If any of his followers that heed to his Tithe teaching turn around and go out to dinner and eat pork, or eat pork roast or bacon at home they have broken the Old Covenant dietary law. If they shop at the Mall on Friday after sunset or Saturday before nightfall, they are breaking the Old Covenant Sabbath law. Breaking the Sabbath and Dietary laws would have been two too many in the Old Testament under the Mosaic law. The New Covenant is the gift if Grace by having faith in Jesus. He fulfilled the law by dying on the Cross. There is not one scripture that requires people that Christ redeemed from the curse of the law (in Galatians 3:13 & 14) to keep any law including the Sabbath law, Tithe law or Dietary laws When Jesus rose from the dead we got a clean slate. I think it is great to Give cheerfully b... Read more

Money cometh is the message? I thought the message was Thy Kingdom Come. My message is: Money Stayeth In My Pocket. I will not send my dollar bills to some rich Prosperity preacher. If I want to be like Jesus I can find a poor person and buy them a good meal, pay for a homeless family to stay in a motel until they get on their feet, or help a single parent trying to make ends meet, or take in a relative that was laid off through no fault of their own. Somehow I believe this would be more pleasing to the God of the Bible. No thank U!

Let's see what the Word of God (Bible) has to say vs Mr. Money Cometh to the body of Christ: Our feelings and opinions don't count above the written word. Luke 12:15 "And he (Jesus) said to them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses". Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." Luke 16:23 "The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried, and in Hell, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side". Proverbs 23:4 "Labor not to be rich: cease from what you think is your own wisdom" Proverbs 15:27 "A greedy man brings trouble to his family, but he who hates bribes will live". Proverbs 1:19 "Such is the fate of all who are greedy for money; it robs them of life". 1 Timothy 6:6 "And he... Read more

His primary message is: Money Cometh. It's a message that is making him very rich. Has anyone checked out his book Money Cometh To Me Now: To the body of Christ? His Conference on Money Cometh is on Feb. 10 & 11 this year at Faith Christian Fellowship in Tx. He also teaches in supernatural debt cancellations. He and Kenneth Copeland are cut from the same mold. Both use the bible to tell poor desperate people what they want to hear on how to get rich. UTube his Money Cometh message. The crust of the message is: Sow a seed to him and money cometh to you! Damn, all this time I was under the impression that money cometh from acquiring a skill, having a trade and by going to school. I could have taken a short cut, saved myself years of developing a skill and sent money to Mr. Money Cometh instead. Somehow I suspect he would have been richer and I'd have been poorer. He has people chanting money cometh, guess it helps to them chant into a greedy frenzy! This is not the Gospel of t... Read more

Money Cometh to the Body of Christ This article is taken from Dr. Leroy Thompson's message "Money Cometh to the Body of Christ" which is available in book or audio form.  In Part 1 of this series, I shared how God gave me the revelation of Money Cometh. After He gave me that revelation, He told me three vital things that He wanted me to share with the Body of Christ so they could make money start coming in their lives: Tell My people that Money Cometh is not for covetous reasons. First, we need to know that Money Cometh means a continual supply of money coming to you. Then we need to know that this continual supply is not for just me and my four and no more. Its not for my car, my house, my rings, my suits, and my dresses. The Lord said to me, Tell them that those things will come with Money Cometh, but its not for those reasons. C... Read more

Is this is the same Leroy Thompson because this picture looks way better & younger? it is still not saying much. He should be a motivational teacher and teach secular businessmen how to have confidence because he has taken a detour from the true gospel message. I also saw him on Christian television (that other network, not TBN) because they kept replaying the money cometh segment. He had them chanting and repeating money cometh. It was like he had his audience under some kind of self-hypnosis where it appeared that they took leave of their senses. It appeared that this message was a message of getting rich not the real message of Salvation and the Cross.

Another word-faith preacher. He preaches decisionism and encourages covetousness. "Money cometh" is another gospel.

I think we must let the Preacher preach what God has laid in his heart. I am from Africa and I am one of the people who is supposed to call Pastor Thompson a fraudster. In South Africa we have a lot of people who live in shacks (small tin houses) and the majority of them need to know how to get out of poverty. There's quite a number of missionaries who come here, give some clothing and then leave people in their circumstances. As a person who grew up walking more than 10km to school, I know how it is to be poor and when I accepted Jesus as my pesonal Saviour I realised some of the reasons I was poor. Apartheid was a problem but I realised that our minds were a serious problem because after 14 years since we had our democracy, we still have a big chunk of poor people and they are still growing. You may not believe it but when I was a young Christian I learnt to pray for money because I had no where else to get it except looking up to God. I remember one day I needed a coat because i... We can argue over the silliest things and the devil is having a laughing fit because of our attacks on each other. When we stand before God we will know who was right or wrong until then let every man be pursuaded in his own heart what to believe and not kill the next man that does not believe accordingly. The same Lord that died for you died for Leroy Thompson and vice versa so I appeal to the Body of Christ please stop being so ngative and condescending toward one another for it is with lovingkindness that he draws us.

my name is gerald price i really thank the people who have posted a really negative comment about dr. leroy thompson because it show how stupid you are about GOD and what GOD wants for the people who claim him as their father. the book of Joshua shows that GOD did not only give the children of Israel only the small possessions such as houses and car and herd of cattle and sheep and oxen and goat's and a list of all of the possessions one can posses as to one can move around and place where ever one wants. but GOD gave the children of Israel the land to posses. Joshua 1:1-11 it states as follows; after the death of moses the servant of the Lord it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Num Moses' assistant saying Moses my servant is dead now therefore arise go over this Jordan you and all this people to the land which i am giving to them the children of Israel every place that the soles of your foot will tread upon i have given you as I said to Moses. Dear Susu. To reply to your statement" I wonder why God never tells him about reaching the lost, feeding the hungry, ministering to the widows and the orphans? "reaching the lost, feeding the hungry, minstering to the widows and orphans". Do some research on what Dr. Leroy Thompson's ministry does besides teach about what people DON'T know about what God's says about their financial life (the bible does talk about money. What does it say?). unfortunately, no one wants to talk about money in the christian realm. they say, "christians are supposed to be poor"- do you that this statement is UNBIBLICAL? The reason you hear Dr. Thompson teaching about christian finances is at least twofold. #1 most people just don't know (even though the bible talks about prosperity, wealth, increase etc somewhere around 2000 times in the bible.) Like I told another reviewer in this blog, I have never heard of any of these Teachers on Christian finances until 2002. Since I've gotten a hold of these teaching... Read more

I am writing to review Leroy Thompson. Just a little background on myself, I am a Christian, who not only says that I am, but my actions show that I am. I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and was raised from the dead and now sits at the right hand of my Heavenly Father. I believe that God's word says that I should be blessed and prosperous in every area of my life, in my health, my family, my career, my finances, and in my walk with God. I would like to say that as for Pastor Leroy Thompson, the God and God alone will hold him accountable and responsible for all that he has preached, not any of us. I know that he preaches the Word of God and the Word of God alone. The Lord has blessed him and made him a divinely appointed expert in the area of finances. Leroy Thompson, not only preaches about finances, but healing the sick, helping and caring for the widows, the orphans, and the refugees, evangelizing the world about Jesus Christ, because as Christians this is what we are he... Unfortunately there are those who believe that money and GOD just don't mix. However, if you are a rap artist, someone who peddles real estate informercials or have made money some other way and are not professing CHRIST it seems to be acceptable to live a good lifestyle. God stated that he wanted us to have life and to have it more abundantly. Now if you choose to be of the limited mindset that poverty is more blessed then so be it. However, I am of the strong belief that GOD who created everything never intended for us as his people to be without. He also said that "He wished above all things that we prosper and be in health even as our souls prosper". That means that he wants healthy and wealthy. Think about it.

Leroy Thompson who coined that ridiculous phrase, "Money Cometh To Me" has got to be the most shameless example of these ecclesiastical greed proponents. I saw him on television recently, and he actually said that God came to him in a vision and gave him the phrase, "Money Cometh..." To dupe a bunch of unsuspecting, mostly poor people desperate for any glimmer of hope is one thing, but to outright involve God in your deceptive scheme is just scandalous, not to mention blasphemous. Why is it that everytime God tells this man something, it always has to do with money? I wonder why God never tells him about reaching the lost, feeding the hungry, ministering to the widows and the orphans? Why didn't God come to him and give him another phrase like,"Souls Cometh"? Isn't God more concerned with people's eternal souls than with getting some money to Leroy Thompson so that he can squander it on a huge mansion and Rolls Royce that's going to rust and decay in a few short years? What's more... Read more

Dr. Leroy Thompson is a false prosperity teacher that says it is God's will for christians to be in their, dream house, drive your dream car, and wear your dream clothes.
