I hope Lenna was disbarred. I was also a client long before Lupita came into the picture and Lupita called me later to help me obtain my doc.s that Lenna had hoarded. Apparently Lenna was extorting clients for money based on their issue and blackmailing them. I also received a call from ABC news regarding Lenna. I wish I never dealt with her she really messed up my case. Any so-called victIm comments here are from LENNA.

Funny that Mike/Tawanna number claiming to defend Lenna never worked. I called the number and its disconnected and there is no listing in 411 for Lenna. LOL. IF LENNA IS INNOCENT WHERE IS SHE? LOL!!! I REST MY CASE. Thank you God for continuing to serve justice.

The review I just read is true for me too. I hired this attorney back in 2005 and it is not until Lapita came to work for her that anything of mine got filed. She has been badmouthing this poor lady for no reason, she is angry that she left her and will not help her cover her mistakes for her anymore. I am in deportation proceedings thanks to this lady, after many mistakes being made on my case and many times of standing in front of my immigration judge and of both me and Ms. Ndoko being reprimanded like a child by this particular Judge I finally got tired of paying and paying and having nothing to show for it, I fired her and hired another attorney. Do not beleive the lies about Lenna being conned by her assistant. I hired her long before she even had one and she still messed up my case. What is the point of having a rating site if people are not able to say the truth. Lenna totally screwed up my immigration case and on purpose and still trying to get it settled with another lawyer She was never there for appointments as well. Please do some research, ask around , esp other lawyers and you will find that she has had a bad reputation for years. Lupita only worked for her for a few months and it was she that handed me my medical exam that lenna had hidden in her desk for a whole year until it expired and I had to do a new one after paying 400 bucks!!!!! Lenna kept saying uscis was lying that they didnt receive it. Just be careful who you hire thats all. I learned my lesson and i'm trying to save others also.

I am hispanic & a former client. After seeing these reviews I called Lenna & she told me to write whatever but she will appreciate the truth. A year ago, I tried to warn Lenna about this woman. Lupita told me awful things & sent me to another lawyer. Then she told Lenna a different thing. Lenna chose to believe her over me. So I took my stuff & left b/c I did not want to get caught up in a nasty situation. I did my research on Lupita & her family & came up with very shady info. One brother is in jail for theft, her mother & other members of her family had been involved in similar scams. I passed this info to Lenna. She insisted that Lupita was different. I am Mary & I too thought Lenna took my money & didn't file my stuff. I couldn't imagine why & after listening to Lupita, I was so convinced that Lenna was a horrible person. Then I got this email from Mike asking me to contact him. After reading his review today, talking to him personally and talking to Lenna, I am in total shock. I never thought such cruelty could be done to someone so nice & who tries to help people. I have seen the copies of the money orders from Bank of America cashed by Lupita & her mum Eloise Enrique. What surprises me is why she is impersonating people and badmouthing Lenna after stealing tens of thousands of dollars from her and her clients. Like Mike said, if you are one of the people affected call her office. She is currently refiling applications & returning money to others who've gone to other attorneys. It?s unfortunate, but I don?t think anyone in the same situation could've seen this coming, because this woman is very persuasive.

The info on this website makes one think Lenna stole money from her clients. I thought the same b/c Lupita said so. Had waited very long for my receipts. Lupita cashed the money orders under her mother?s name Eloise Enrique. I've been to Lenna?s office & seen the proof from BOA. Lenna was clear that money orders would be converted to BOA ones b/c they are easily traced. Lupita knew this, even as she told me & others that Lenna used the money & didn't file anything; when She had mailed stuff without the checks. Lenna is working to have her & her mother apprehended. Any victims out there should come forward & let's get justice for all as Lenna is a victim too. My # is 469 765 7607. I put these b/c Lupita has her client list and contact info & has been writing reviews under client names. She used my name to write & contact another client as me. Other reviews were written with people's names who have said they didn't write them. Please beware!

I hired Lenna for assistance in an immigration matter back in august 2006, the case dragged on till february of 2008. She took money and never did a thing and was extremely unproffesional, never showed up for appointments etc. She refused to return my documents when I decided to go to a new attorney- and that is a violation of ethics laws. Then, I could not report her to the texas state bar and later found out she is licenced by New York State bar. She made such a mess of my case that I just had to start a fresh with new lawyer, who by the way has four other clients that fled from this fraudulent lawyer Lenna Ndoko. Often times her husband "handled" our case when he is not a legal assistant or an attorney himself. I would not recommend lenna to my worst enemy either.

I hired this attorney to handle my divorce case and let me tell you it was a total nightmare. She never returned my calls and never filed my divorce, after a year of arguing with her about why things were not getting done I hired another attorney he had my divorce finalized within five months, big difference. I paid Ms. Ndoko and she has never returned any of my money nor did she ever do anything for me. I recently found out that she is not licensed in Texas so I could not even file a complaint with the State Bar.I would definitely not recommend her.
