Wed Mar 04 2009I have park at this lot about 4 times, never had a problem! Its looks like people do not read instructions, first of all you reservation tell you to allow 15-20 minutes for the shuttles, once you check in they give you a sheet of paper with very basic steps when you come back to LAX FOLLOW THEM and you wont have a problem!! Cool people, new shuttles and the cheapest lot in LAX, what else do you want.

Mon Oct 27 2008I am a frequent traveler and always park my car at the airport and when I tried LAX Park Place for the first time they where nothing but rude or late. When I booked my reservation on-line I waited for a few days and credit card was never charged, so I call over to LAX Park and they informed me that my card will not be charged until after the service (in a very rude ton and manor). Once I arrived at LAX Park Place there where about 5 guys standing around, like they where in a fraternity talking and laughing. Me and about 5 other people where waiting to get shuttled to the airport and boy did they take there sweet time bringing the shuttle around. Once I returned from my trip I called the number as instructed and it took there shuttle 45 mins to come pick me up! I saw every other parking shuttle come around about 5 times and there I was still waiting with my luggage to be picked up. I would definitely not recommend parking here. There are closer parking garages to the airport with... Read more

Mon Aug 25 2008made me walk to the parking structure.... took a cab instead of the shuttle with an infant‎ - Nita‎ - Today my already delayed flight made me wait 3 hours to get on the plane, but I only was 30 minutes late to pick up my car. I called when I was on the plane and I was told the shuttle was on it's way and where to wait... picked up my bags and waited, waited, waited. Called back nicely 30 minutes later and the rep on the phone got aggressive, asked me "are you sure you're not on the shuttle right now? because the driver just picked up a lady with a baby just now." I told him no, i've been waiting here. He said according to my contract, I had to call when I was waiting at the station, and since they supposedly already picked me up, they weren't coming back. I asked him how do i get to my car, and he told me to figure it out. I called a cab, costing me $37.50, plus the $50 to leave my car there... it was not worth it!! 1. if you're looking for something cheap, try FlyAway...... Read more

Mon May 26 2008Horrible experience! I recently used LAX park place and had the worst experience. When I called for a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, I was told to take a long term parking bus to parking lot B. When the shuttle dropped me off, I was in the middle of a parking lot with no LAX Park Place shuttle in sight. I called LAX Park Place and they said someone was two minutes away. I waited twenty minutes and no one showed. Meanwhile, I am standing in the middle of a long term parking lot with nothing in sight. I called back and asked where the shuttle was and I was told I had to wait OUTSIDE OF THE GATE ON THE SIDEWALK! When I waited outside the gate in the middle of nowhere, an UNMARKED VAN showed up and flagged me down. The driver had no identification. When I asked to speak with a manager about the dangerous situation, I was told to call back on Tuesday because there was no manager there at the time. I called and the manager was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He told me ther... Read more

Sun Feb 17 2008I've parked at this location on two different occasions and did not have a problem. However, on a recent trip, I decided to tack on a car wash. When I arrived to pick my car up it was late at night and dark outside. My car was waiting for me. The following day when I went to my car, I noticed my left front windshield wiper was broken. It was not just the wiper but the entire structure that supports the blade/wiper. I called Lax Park Place to notify them that they not only broke my wiper, but they had not taken the responsibility of notifying me that they had damaged my car. It was almost as if they hoped I didn't notice. When I called, they told me that I had 48 hour window from the time that I had left their facility to report my damage. When I called, I was well within their window. They also told me that their contract required me to put in writing before I left the facility that my car was damaged. Obviously, when I called I was already away from the facility. However, given th... Read more

Tue Jan 15 2008I parked at LAX Park Place from December 14th to December 30th. When i returned from trip, i found my car got scratched. So, i asked the guy, whose name was Annis Shilleh, to fix our car. And he told us that the manager Akeef will call us within 2 days. But, he never call us back. So, i called the LAX Park Place about 10 times to contact with Akeef. Whenver i called them, they kept telling me Akeef will call soon. One day, when i called them, one rude employee told me that they do notcare about my car's scratch anymore, and to stop calling them. And he just hung up the phone before i finished my words. So, my advice......Do not park at LAX PARK PLACE !

Sat Jul 28 2007We parked at LAX Park Place on June 19. Taking their shuttle into LAX was like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. In an act of belligerence, the very foreign driver chose to collide HARD with another motorist who was trying to change lanes. He wasn't considering the fact that he had a full-load of passengers and luggage...he just wasn't going to let that guy in! We all flew on the floor and I sustained a whiplash that caused significant pain during my business trip and required several chiropractic visits upon my return. And, upon my return I attempted to communicate with the slick middle-eastern boy who calls himself "Sean" (just who he thinks he's kidding). He was rude and abrupt and he called me a stupid old lady and accused me of lying...that the accident never happened...that I would have to take it up with the guy who their driver hit...all the immigrant crud that he could spew forth. When I stood fast, he promised that Akeef or Robert would be calling me. Of course that never happene... Read more

Fri May 25 2007I called the 800 number to get information regarding the services your company provide to travelers. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the worst representative of your company. At least, I hope he is the worst. This gentleman was very rude. He was very hurried on the phone and hanged up on my call before I could finish getting answers to my questions. Additionally, when I called back to ask for a manager, he placed me on hold for ten minutes; only to answer and represent himself as the manager. Need to seriously learn about customer service, if not how to treat other human beings better.
