Yesterday my husband went to get my Corolla's upolstery steamed cleaned and car detailed. On the drive home the car alarm had a constant beeping noise. When we took it to Toyota, they found a large puddle of water under the seats which shorted the Alarm System. Kwik N Kleen did not take any responsibility, saying they have NEVER had any complaints against their service. Toyota detailed our invoice and it specifically said it was DUE TO the cleaning -- new alarm system is $400+. And 24 hours laters, car is still drenched and we are in the process of filing a Small Claims Action against them. NOTE: We have gotten car washes from them in the past, but never had the carpets cleaned there until yesterday. WILL NEVER go there again for any type of service.

my car came out spotless the first time i went and it does every time. ive switched around car washes a lot and ive finally stuck with this one for about 2 years now. each worker does a great job and i never have to ask them to clean a certain spot because it always gets attended to. the staff is really helpful especially the cashiers. i always have errands to run and they're happy to keep my car for a couple hours. there are tons of stores in the area. basic wash is about 12 bucks but they have so many coupons and other deals that you never have to pay the regular price.

This place is only good if you want the basics done like washing the outside of the car (I instead recommend the gas station car wash, cheap and faster), but if you want the whole interior, inside and out for the car to be vacuumed and cleaned NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I waited 2 hours for my car, and they didn't inform me my carpet were still wet and was going to stay wet for a week and they broke my signal button and fail to tell me about it. When I went back to complain, they said it wasn't their fault. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I originally went here because they were close to my house now I return because they do a great job. They are always having a "Special" express detail, they wash your car, treat and dress the leather (even the seats funny when the girls get in) and take great care of your car, you can haggle the price especially if you have a big car like mine (Yukon XL) they always start high but will usually drop the price by half if you turn the down enough. I certainly recommend them.

I have used Kwik n Clean for about 5 years now. They are always prompt and do a fantastic job cleaning our Hyundai and our Honda. Their waiting area leaves a lot to be desired...so I visit the shops in the area while I wait. There are plenty within the same plaza: Starbucks, Marshall's, Home Depot, Einstein's Bagel's, Target, a grocery store, mexican food place, GNC and McDonald's too. I see that the previous review claims they stole some property of hers. Not to discount her negative experience but it doesn't matter how large of a customer I am for any business, I wont leave my personal belongings unattended. I could go to Starbucks every morning but I wouldn't consider myself such a regular that my purse wont get stolen while I use the restroom. I recommend them. For around $11, I get a fast, spotless, handwashed and dried car with a vacuumed interior.

I took my work truck into the shop to get it detailed. I forgot to grab my purse out of the backseat of the van before I got out. I really didn't think that it would be a big deal because we have a big account with them. When I got back into the van we just took off.....like usual. When I got into my personal car about 20 minutes later I went into my purse to get my wallet to pay for gas (I didn't go anywhere but from the van to my car) I noticed my wallet was missing. I searched my purse, car, and entire house. My wallet HAD been stolen from the kwik n kleen on Genessee Ave. That is the only possible place it could have disappeared. In further inspection of my purse I realized that my brand new $500 digital camera was missing as well. I started to blame myself for being such an idiot to leave my purse in the company van while it was getting cleaned but I figured since we have such a big account with them I really shouldn't have anything to worry about.
