Within a month I lost my dear wife Joyce and my best friend Charlie. Based on my experience with Laura and Wendy I recommended them to Charlies' wife. She has stated that she is going to put in her final instructions that Laura and Wendy provide their services. In order to minimize the grief to my survivors I have already done the same. You will not regret choosing these two fine ladies when the need arises.

My Father past away on July 17, 2010. I didn't know what to do or where to start. I was devastated and didn't want to deal with the Funeral Services or anything of that matter. As soon as the Coroners office told us where my fathers remains were kept , we research the place and read very bad reviews of the place. I was so concerned so we started to look for a different Funeral Service and we notice all the 5 star reviews on Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services. Let me tell you that I don't regret using there services. Laura put me so much at ease and put my confusion to rest. She was so patient and spoke very clearly and slowly, my family is Hispanic and most of them are not fluent in English so I had to translate, but Laura was patient and answered all our questions without any pressure to close the deal. 46rom the beginning to the end we only did business with Laura. Kraft-Sussman is the best funneral home I have delt with to date. They are caring, considerate of your needs, and will to go the extra mile to make sure things are the way you want them. Our dear Mother Toby passed away this year, April 23rd. From start to finish, these ladies were amazing. We went to them not knowing that that would be the day our Mother passed away. With loving care, they took care of everything. At the worst time in our lives, we didn't worry about a thing. Our Rabbi from NY & LA said he had never worked with such wonderful and competent people. I'd recommend them to the President; confidently. We will never use anyone else. The service I received from Laura and Wendy was absolutely the best. Being very far away when my father passed away, they handled everything for me without any problems or stress for my family or myself. When I arrived to Las Vegas they made sure everything was in order and treated my mother and I with great care and sympathy! I will never forget the care and support they offered us!! My husband had very little time, when the doctors told me to prepare my self. I was going crazy seeing my husband in great pain. I could not think or function at all, one of the wonderful nurses from the hospice gave me Laura Sussman brochure, that same day Laura and Wendy came to the hospice to see me. Arrangements were made within minutes, the two ladies have it togethere I did not worry about a thing. In the middle of a storm I found peace. I was able to cry comfortably, my husband memorial service was beautiful, everything was just like he wanted. Laura and Wendy were with me all the way, unlike other businesses I did not speak to a machine or a secretary ever!!! Hands down the best decision my mother made before she passed was to put Kraft-Sussman at the top of her list of funeral homes for me to look at. My first thought was that I liked the look of the outside, not your downer looking old funeral home. Next I went in and met Laura. Not knowing where to go or what to say, she took over and did everything including chasing down an old policy my mom bought in Texas to pay for her service. I know it took Laura a lot of work tracking down the insurance policy but she got it done. I went back to the hospital and told my mom about the experience and she was very pleased that I picked the place with the women running it as she put it. Everything was perfect for the service and I cant list all the things that were great about it but I know it could not have been easier for us and my mom would have been pleased.
