he gave me three fillings. The fillings were flawed and he permanently gave me TMJD. I am still trying to fix it 4 years later. Please do not use him or you will be sorry. I have paid 17,000 dollars thus far to try to fix it. He is the worst and should have his license pulled.

When I first went there I thought it was OK. However, when I went back to have a crown put on he immediately started drilling another tooth that needed work before I even gave permission! Then I was overcharged for that visit by almost $400.00 and now have to review all my invoices to see about other overcharges.

I 'inherited' this dentist when mine retired. This one took over the practice.. Well, this fellow overbooks consistently where you have to wait an average of 30 minutes in the waiting room, then another 20 or so in the dentists chair... He works on like 4 people at the same time... This is not just one 'bad day' this is very consistent.. each appointment (about 6 now) was like this I've recieved the wrong crown twice. His diagnosis skills are lacking, an absessing tooth went treated with Pain meds until I developed a physical absess swelling out my gum... finally he figured out my pain was an absess.. (duh, he took like 6 x-rays showing nothing, yet my gum was angry red.. which then swelled out with pus in 2 days) Fortunatly the endodontist he recommended was top-notch and I got a great root canal. (sorry, can't remember his name right now) Don't waste your time.. He is more interested in raking in money than treating patients.

when i got out of the chair to pay the receptionist, she charged me $123 WITH my insurance. i asked her why she charged me so much and she said that thats what she charged the lady in front of me (who also had Aetna). i explained to her that while we both are covered by the same company, we have different plans. she didn't seem to grasp this concept and i broke it down even further for her, having worked in health insurance for IBM for a while. (she did put the correct amount back on my credit card after i busted out my calculater). i scheduled another dentist appointment the next day to get 2 cavities drilled and filled. while i was waiting for the novacaine to take effect, i looked at my teeth with the mirror on the table next to me. when i was "ready to go" and all "novacained up" i asked if Dr. Kizior would go ahead and fill another tooth that looked like it was a cavity. he said it wasn't, but i told him to go ahead and do it since i was already in the chair. as he was dri... I have been seeing Dr. Mayer for the last 15 years. He was recommended to us by our neighbors, and since then we have recommended him to numerous friends and family. Dr. Mayer and his staff are incredibly gentle, caring, and easy to talk to. He is 10+++ in my book, and I'd recommend him to anybody.

I have been a patient at Dr. Mayer's office all my life. Each time I went to his office I have always left happy. Whether it was for a standard cleaning, or the time when I had to get teeth pulled, Dr. Mayer and his staff did their best to make even the most painful experience as enjoyable as possible. They are great people there, and no stranger to jokes. If you have problems with scheduling, they will work with you to get the most convenient time. They are some of the best people who will ever deal with your mouth.
