Kiplinger's Small Business Attorney

My orginal 10-year old computer, crashed and burned. I lost the hard drive and all contents including my customer access code for my Kiplingers Small Business Attorney Multimedia. It was still working when I reloaded it, but now it says register it or it won't open. I called the customer service number, but it's been redirected to a service that charges $10 a month + fees to sign up, which is probably just a gimmick for no longer used numbers.
