1 stars (put your rating here! 1 stars) Kinkos is the worst store ever!!!!! People that work there are retarded, lazy, and incapable!!! You tell them saddle stitch and you'll get spiral binding, you ask double printed and you'll get single printed. I gave them so many chances and every time they screwed up. Last time I asked them to do a little catalog for me for which I bought a special paper in the other store. They said that they needed to do a sample first which I thought was nice. Next day I came back to see my sample where I got a heart attack! They told me they would do as I said, which is double side printed sheets that are cut and bound with the staple. I found a stock (maybe 30 sheets) of color and black/white paper single printed without any order and sense. ON TOP, they used my special paper for those copies (that were not even rightly done) and refused to give me money back. I waisted my time and money on this stupid store! Never again!!!

Went to get a 20 x 30 inch photo print for a photography show off my Canon dSLR After waiting 2 days, I went into the store and they hadn't even used photo paper....The print was a big blob of ink, and this was after they made me pay the $40 for the print up front. After telling them this was unacceptable and didn't even resemble the picture I had gave them to print, I had to wait another 2 days to get my print onto photo paper. It looked okay when it was done, but still had blurriness that wasn't in the photo. I will NEVER go here again, especially for a photo print. For those who are looking for a photo print, I'd suggest Nations Photo Lab. I got a 24 x 36 picture printed with professional quality for cheaper!!!

I went to Kinko in Downtown Portland, OR to get a small job done. The employee was helpful in showing me where to go and what to do, but this is a self-serve job so I use the machine myself. The machine jammed and I was charged full price. The fax was very expensive to use and if you messed up, you paid for it. $2.49 for the first copy of fax (cover-letter) and then 1.49 for subsequent pages. What a rip-off. The first page stuck and I have to pay for 2 pages at $2.49. Kinko used to be so much better in the past.

Went to Kinkos at 9pm on a Sunday night to have a small copy job done. they told me they had no time and I had to do it self service. Copier kept jamming so I finally went to another kinko's that I thought would be less busy. Nope at 10pm on Sunday night they were too busy. Great if you are a college student, terrible if you run your own business and want actual customer service for your dollar.

The worst service i have ever had. I'm a graphic design major, and i need to print a lot of stuff in color and B&W for my assignments. I went there a couple of times to print out my stuff and never been satisfied!!!! I have been always sent to the computer and paid for every minute I used the computer and waiting to finish the printing job!!! I end up paying for little things a lot $$$$$ ... Even though Kinko's is close to my home, but i drive for 10 minutes to go Office depot to print out my stuff, I get discounts sometimes, and the important thing that I’m always happy and satisfied ..... Kinko's in San Diego CA "Mira mesa"

Extremely overpriced, with mediocre quality. Go to any university town. The copier there will charge 10% of what Kinko charges and give you a smile. Kinko's service also can't compare.

I was in California and Nevada on holiday from U.K. and needed internet use. One Kinko store was $18 per hour and another one $12 per hour-very expensive. In California I discovered the wonders of the public library system.Even as a visitor I could instantly join and have immediate use of this facility for free for two hours at a time -So if nearby join the library for free and free yourself from this rip off

I'd what you would call somewhat of a child prodigy. I'm very skilled in Graphics Design and spend hours on end doing it for fun. Often, when I have a project, I make some cool graphics for it. This time, I had to design an advertisement supporting McDonalds and one against McDonalds. I have a really bad printer and always print using it, but I wanted my ad to be professional. I phoned around but no place would print single images. Finally, I called one store and they recommended me to them. I phoned Kinko's directly and they had everything I needed. I got my parents to drive me there and within 5 minutes I was holding a laminated, professional looking advertisement in my hand. I showed the clerk my student price card and received 15 percent off and the guy there was so nice he didn't charge me for lamination at all!

I thought this was a copy place, not an office supply store. Yes, I've seen pencils and envelopes there, but nothing more substantial which would actually be used to stock an office.

These guys have saved my career. When our local printer missed his deadline and we were left with no literature for a tradeshow, I called Kinkos in Nashville to see what they could do. I emailed two files and they had 1000 4-color copies of each professionally printed, laminated and delivered to my hotel room in 36 hours.

Some of the most unhelpful nitwits in the world. I could write a book on these guys. Try going in and getting assistance. The most frustrating thing about it is that there's 12 employees standing around behind the counter making copies and they act like no one's even in the store. The problem lies with the fact that they have lots of side projects that they need to get done, but walk-in customers have to count for something. There should be at least one person who solely helps customers.

Top notch document services if that's all I need that particular trip, or if CopyMax can't keep up with my quality demands on a given job. SOL if I need supplies and simple copy work, though.
