kinggool.com i made an 162 euro order 5 months ago and to date i still have not recieved any thing. when i send emails to their customer care, they ignor them. hey people out there dont order items from this company they are thives in my opinion. daniel pace from malta europe.

They sell horrible knock-offs! BEWARE! They do not refund money at all- try contacting anyone there and you cannot get through- they will blame some non-existent department with e-mails that do not exist. They should be banned from selling- not only for copyright purposes but also for their fraudulent business practices!

kinggool.com is not being responsible to their customers, i ordered a t-shirt and a bracelet from the web sit, it took them a very long time to send and when i eventually got my order, i was very disappointed ! because they look fake and my t-shirt was different size! so i sent them back to the factor, and since then, kinggool people never response my e mails ! very bad! i don't know how to get my money back :(

I purchased 2 burberry shirts online back in Aug 2009 and since then I never received anything from kinggool. They claimed they shipped it but there is no delivery confirmation provided to me and been emailing them since then with very limited response that they'll check with the carrier. I tried to get a refund but they have not issued it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company ... not sure if I can get my money back. Buyer beware .....
