This is a terrible place. Kids are not consistently monitored. There have been several times I went to pick my job up and other children were just wondering around, or peeking out of classrooms. My child fell and had a large lump on her head. When the director was told about this she claimed she did an investigation. Her teachers claimed that there was not a lump on her head where she would need first aid. My child should have been monitored for at least an half an hour to make sure she was okay. The size of her lump was the size of an elbow. No one gave her first aid. When I came to pick her up i had to get someone to get an ice pack for me. An ncident report was not written untill I insisted that one be written. I immed. took my child out of there.

There are so many things wrong with this place I don't know where to begin. My one year old was in this place and was sick throughout the whole time. There are way too many children in the class and not enough teachers (caregivers).Ratios are NEVER met. I came into the classroom to pick up my child one day and there were 20 children and only 2 caregivers! I have never seen more than 2 caregivers, many times I saw only 1. The ratio for this age group is 1 to 6. The way things are done are very unsanitizing and there is no education taught to the poor babies. The children are enclosed in built in highchairs very close to eachother (an inch apart), they eat on bare tables with no plates or utensils, the teacher uses her hands and fingers to cut the food and give it to the children. The children are fed piece by piece which means that the teacher cuts a small piece of food off with her hand and fingers and gives it to the child, if the child wants another piece they need to ask (mind you t...
