    I have always kept up on my warranty card. I took my ring in every couple of months to have the rings cleaned & checked as described in the warranty card. From the beginning Kenny G & Co has said if your diamonds fall out we will replace them. The warranty card states, "Kenny G & Co will replace any diamonds purchased from Kenny G & Co lost from it's mounting". That is exactly what happened with my .82 carat diamond. After searching for the diamond for more than 2 hours at a restaurant, I called Kenny G & Co, they said it would be replaced & not to worry, as long as my warranty card was signed, and it was. When I dropped my setting off at Kenny G & Co, the manager Matt assured me that it would be taken care of, because my warranty was signed. He said it would take a couple of weeks to find a diamond of equal value or higher. I was pleased up until the next day...
