    This is a great way to link a free EMR (practice fusion) with a billing software. I am able to send claims directly from my EMR to the billing software. With minimal training anyone can use this simple web based billing software. Also, no long term contracts. The month to month obligation really makes me a lot more comfortable and not feel stuck even though I am sure I will never change. Anyone ready to start meeting the upcoming EMR requirements will want a billing software that is integrated as well. I am very happy with this billing program and recommend it to anyone looking for ease of use and cost reduction. It even sends out patient statements for outstanding balances as well as having the option for merchant services (credit cards, health care account cards) to be directly integrated. Two thumbs enthusiastically way up!!

    Kareo is an awesome software system that makes creating reports easy and problem free! Kareo is unique and is so easy to use. I love the fact that the clearinghouse reports are easy to use and are really helpful when trying to keep track of claims that were rejected and accepted. The reports are easy to compile for physicians or clinics who are requesting specific information such AR information for the month or even for the year! I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to use software that is beneficial to their practice.

    Hello and Good Day, I have been using Kareo now since April of 2011. I have had a much faster response from insurance companies in regards to the claims payments. I am loving the real time eligibility check as well as the ease of posting the electronic remits. It was very fast and easy to get started. I would like to be able to change the cases easier if the pt changes ins so that we can re bill a claim with out deleting and starting over. Other than that i love it. This is Fay M. From P.A.I.

    I have been using Kareo for over 4 years now. My experience with Kareo has been great. I am a big believer in SaaS and I appreciate the portability of the product. As a billing company I have clients in other parts of the country who can log in from their office and see everything that is going on with their accounts. Transparency is a big selling point for me. I also, appreciate the ease of set up. I can get a client up and running in a day including being able to send claims. When training staff the videos they employ are very good, as well. In addition, Kareo also syncs up with numerous EMR programs( Practice Fusion and others). Whenever someone asks me who I recommend for software, I always give Kareo as my recommendation.     Hi there, I am a billing manager of a physical therapy office, we have used Kareo over the last year and a few months and we also use the web pt integration and it's made my life so simple. I've had so many good and easy days using kareo. It makes my life pretty simple. Each day I still come across a new feature in the system that I like even better than the next. The reporting system is amazing, the ERA system is great, I have turn around in less than a week from my insurance companies and denials are very easy to work right then and there when they come in so they don't start to pile up on your desk or whatever the case may be.     I was in the dental field for 8 years and now am in a physical therapy office. Our dental software was very user friendly, but we have been on 2 other medical billing software companies that were horrible. Kareo is user friendly and super easy to set-up. Now that Kareo and Webpt can intergrate it makes switching to Kareo even easier. We are still learning the system but have already referred another client.

    I have been in the medical field for over 20 years now, I have worked on many different medical software programs during this time and Kareo has been a sigh of relief. In October of 2010 I took a new position with an Internal Medicine practice, we also had to aquire a new billing program and Kareo was recommended. As you know, learing new software programs is usually a dreaded thought with many glitches and unwanted problems. Kareo is wonderful, an easy to learn program, user friendly, and the support you expect and need. I used to be on the phone with support all the time, with the previous programs, trying to make work that were promised work, that were never there, putting in service tickets only to wait a week for support to get back with you to try and resolve issues. You will not have this with Kareo, and if you are looking at other programs you should just make it easy on yourself and stop the painful process. Kareo is the best, and as well as the most cost effective.

    We started using Kareo the first of the year and we also use the Practice Fusion integration. WE LOVE IT. This makes it so much easier to keep track of the missed co-pays. They have reports that you can run and check just about everything you want to. The electronic filing of claims is saving our company so much money. The training manuals and webinars are so helpful if I have any questions about something I go to them first before I call customer service and when I do call customer service they are very helpful and you can contact them via e-mail also. Our profits for this year are going to be up at least 50% from last year. THANK YOU KAREO.

    We are a New Endocrine Practice. When we were starting we were shopping around and found Kareo. This software is very easy to handle, user friendly, the training team is very supportive. The training videos are easy to access and understand. they have multiple options for live training. I found the cost very reasonable. The software itself is very easy to send claims, review clearinghouse reports and post payments. I highly recommend it !!!

    I am a solo Internal Medicine physician from New Jersey. We did a very thorough and comprehensive research about billing systems before we subscribed to Kareo. We wanted to make sure we had the best product that can meet our needs. It was very convenient to have Kareo since we are using Practice Fusion. Kareo makes it easy to transfer the billing data. So far we haven't had a single issue using Kareo and my biller is very happy with it. One of the best features, in my opinion, is the “proof-reading" of the bill before it gets submitted through Kareo. Also, the prices of Kareo services are very affordable. I definitely recommend Kareo to any healthcare provider.

    I am amazed at how easy and simple billing can be. It only takes a company like Kareo to make it happen. Prior companies worked very hard to show how hard it is to do billing. Kareo works very hard to show how easy and simple it is. Once I started with Kareo I had one thing less to worry about. I don't even think about billing anymore. You will not believe this until you start with this program. Before I started I thought it was too good to be true. I am so happy I started with it anyway. I only regret I did not find this program sooner. After 24 years of practice and who knows how many billing companies I can finally say I have the perfect one.

    I have been using Kareo for the last several years. It is easy to use and very cost effective. Kareo also updates the software regularly with changes that take into account the feedback users provide. I recommend Kareo to all healthcare professionals looking to keep costs down while using electronic billing.

    We switched to Kareo a few months ago and have been pleased with all the user friendly features. I was most happy with the implementation process, support received and the ease of set up. I was dreading a major switch and the excellent support team made it a welcome change. Kareo is an excellent company that has been a pleasure doing business with!!!

    I am a manager at a multi-specialty billing office that handles the billing for over 70 physicians in over 10 different specialties including facility billing. Over the past 3 months we have been in the process of converting to Kareo. Prior to making this change we researched and met with several other software companies and no other company was able to provide us with all of the different things that we needed from a software program. We researched Kareo and actually started with just 1 account on the Kareo system so that we could see if everything we researched was "too good to be true".     My office learned about Kareo through our EHR vendor,Practice Fusion last year. We have been using Kareo for a little over a year. I have been amazed by how easy it is to use. It was quick and easy to set up as well. I would love it if Kareo and Practice Fusion would work on setting up a bilateral integration. Right now if we schedule an appointment we have to schedule them in Practice Fusion and the patient account is created in Kareo when we submit a superbill from Practice Fusion. This does not allow us to be able to check eligibility electronically before a patient comes in unless we enter the patient data twice. One of my favorite things about Kareo is the fact that it is web based. I love being able to log on from anywhere and not being tied down to one office or having to maintain servers.     I'm one of the founders of Kareo, the company actually grew out of my efforts to develop an internal billing system for Department B, a physician practice management company I started prior to Kareo, so I have a pretty unique perspective here. Like any system, Kareo has good and bad points and while its true customer support has been an issue, to say the least, I think the bigger issue is that web based subscription systems like Kareo are not for everyone, nor is any one software going to accommodate all the needs of all users. In addition to Kareo, I've used other web based subscription software such as quick-books on-line and salesforce which also require an internet connection to access. I know when I've not been able to get a decent connection, for whatever reason, it can be incredibly frustrating not being able to access my data.     Ive been following kareo for about 3 years now and i finally took the plunge to purchase the service around 6 months ago. My first impressions were the massive amount of neat and user friendly features they created over that span of time. One being the billing system and two being the emr system. The billing system was so easy to use that someone like me with no experience in billing was able to perform billing for our office in a breeze and elimanted paying those high fees associated with having a out of office billing service that usually just lie and bill their way through your pockets. Second the emr system is awesome because all i do is fax in the paperwork and kareo conveniently helps me connect those papers in a breeze to a chart which saved me enourmous amounts of time.
