One of the great ways to refresh material in the comics world, as well as other franchises out there that may or may not involve a storyline, is the amalgamation of franchises. By far, for DC comics fans out there, this series culminates and epitomizes some of their childhood comic heroes' potential and abilities. When the crisis of an event is now on a grander scale and life and death situations for not only the hero and the surrounding victims, but often, the fate of the entire world rest on the shoulders of an elite group of superheroes & superheroines. This show in particular offers a great collection of characters, from legends, to classics, to more modernly created ones to offer what is always an action packed, storyline dominating show.

Last season's government conspiracy story arc really pushed the boundries of what an action cartoon can be. This show has featured some of the most spectacular animated fight sequences ever filmed. The writing on this show is really clever, for instance there has been a ton of sexual inuendo, but it'll fly right over a child's head. An example; FLASH says "...and I had the fires out just like that." HAWKGIRL: "Really? That's fast" FLASH: "yep, fastest man alive." HAWKGIRL: "Well, that explains why you can't get a date."

Revolving cast and riveting srorylines made this a must see show in 2005. Loved a lot of what they were doing with the sizable cast of characters they had. I loved the tribute to the Superfriends they did with the Ultimen. I only hope they can build on it in the future. The only drawback is the change of storylines to make it kid friendly. That said, it is a show worth watching.

This is a great show it has a great place in the DC Animated Universe and hopefully JLU will have more episodes after Epiloge I love it hopefully Bruce Timm will grace our lives with more DC animated series because if he wants to do Marvel I think that DC is so much more his style. If there will be a Marvel series it should be a new season of the Spider-man TAS since they never made a good ending.

Great blend of old superheros/villians and new ones. Very action packed with good story lines to keep you watching. For both old comic lovers and young cartoon watchers.

One of the only cartoons that I watch, other than The Simpsons. Though some of the recent episodes in the new season were very average, most are action packed with new characters being introduced almost every episode.

Great Superhero cartoon! The story telling and fighting scenes are wonderfully translated from comic to cartoon medium!

Nice to see the super heroes we grew up with on TV again. They did a nice job on trying to incorporate some of the things they did in the comic books. Nicely done show with lots of action! I also love how they kept the continuiuty from Batman and Superman Animated Seires shows.

This is a cartoon that actually does not insult kid's intelligence. There are no characters added for comic relief such as kids or monkeys and it has the same look and feel of the comic books the show is based on. Most of the stories are good and the animation is great.

Although they do seem to be making fun of their prior series and whatnot, it still has its lame points. First, it ain't that funny. The villians even know that they're doing the lame and stupid thing by letting the heroes live when they have the chance to kill them. Superman isn't using his powers to the fullest. Batman is a loner without any powers. Flash is a moron. Marsion Manhunter is overly powered. Wonder Woman is bisus to woman. Hawkgirl is a *censored*. Greenlentern is a jerk. Justice League is lame, and has too many people running around in their underwear on the outside.

preety good super hero cartoon. batman, flash and green lantern are the best. i liked the episode where they had lobo for a superman substitute. it would have been cooler if lobo stayed on the team.

Although not quite as good as the Batman and Superman animation awe-fests from the 1990s FOX Kids and 2000s Kids WB (respectively), this cartoon features a widescreen format, incredible animation, top-notch voice acting and great writing. However, some of the plots are odd and not the one would expect from a superhero team show. Aside from that, there are lots of great aspects to this show, the least of which is the amusing banter between the heroes and of course, good beating evil. The odd things include Aquaman being evil and some of the heroes being a bit less than heroic that one would expect. But, aside from that, its a great cartoon that I would recommend.

Another attempt at the Superfriends. This is the best so far, as it has no studid side kicks like the Wonder Twins or a dumb monkey with a cape. But, it fails to recapture the drama and style of Batman: The Animated Series.

Whatever happened to the days of Super Powers? They aren't here...that's for sure. The animation is nice, but the other elements to the show don't work by today's cartoon standards.

There are several things I don't like about this show. First of all, Superman seems to be a lot less powerful, and since when can Wonder Woman fly? Ever heard of the invisible jet? Actually, the show is very well done, and I do enjoy it, but can anyone tell me why they keep showing the same episodes over and over and over? Everytime I turn it on it's an episode I've seen at least two or three times.
