I definately think she should get a higher score than what shes been given, shes a great actress and tends to play an average hometown girl role, whats so bad about that?  She plays her roles very well, and thats all that matters.

Like several others, I also think she's pretty boring.  While she's been in some good flicks, like the Bourne series, I don't find her to have a whole lot of presence as an actress.

She has relatives who live in my area of NJ, and she supposedly drops in on occasion (my married friend, old enough to be her father, has a huge, creepy crush on her). I walked past her once in the local shopping center and I guess my eyes widened involuntarily when I saw her. Seeming exasperated, she rolled her eyes and continued on, which pissed me off for several reasons-- (1) I don't find her all that great looking (2) I'm not a fan; I've never seen any of her films (3) Even if I were a fan, I'm respectful; there's nothing of the stalker in me and I'm not lucky enough to be making money as a paparazzi (4) I, too, am old enough to be her father and, unlike my friend, my "crushes" (is that even a word a middle-aged guy uses?) tend to be uncreepy ones directed towards women closer to my own age range.I got over my pique quickly enough when I realized--- (1) She probably didn't find me all that great looking either (2) I may not be a fan, but guys like Mark David Chapman and Robert Bar... Why this girl is so far averaging a 2.79 I cannot understand. She's brilliant! No matter what movie she's in (I'll admit some of them have been flops), she always does an excellent job.

She does very well. One of those actresses you forget is actually acting.

It doesn't get any worse than this on the boring scale. I wouldn't even set her up with Wally Cleaver who is also very boring.

I would like her more, I think...if she didn't seem to play the same character in different movies. She seems typecasted as the frigid know-it-all who needs to relax, and trust someone.

I like her. Like Josh Hartnett, she's one of the up-and-coming twenty-something actresses who has done a lot of work geared towards her generation yet has shown she can play a variety of more mature roles. She also has star-qualities - pretty, but not too pretty yet still attractive, tall with a pleasant voice that allows for a range of acting talent. She has a look that can be used in a wide range of roles and in all different movie genres.

She looks better with every movie. I don't care much for her movie choices (Mona Lisa Smile?????) But 10 Things I Hate About You--what a character. Loved her in that.

Not good looking. Is in movies where she has these hot guys all over her, but it's not believable since she is so ugly. Also, not a good actress and a bit too old to be playing the teenage thing. Annoying and a leftist.

Out of all the 'teen' actresses, she's one of the ones that I truly think has potential. Grounded, intelligent and very talented, she has uncanny acting instincts and always seems to carry herself with grace. She was terrific especially in 'O', 10 Things I Hate About You and Save The Last Dance. I think she could be become one of my generation's best.

As an actress, she's not bad, but my opinion is she is not attractive at all. Her looks are annoying.

I find Julia Stiles very unattractive in more way than one. Yes, she has an ugly face and gross body, but she also has an air of arrogance surrounding her. And we all know she got into Columbia because of who she is, she's not that smart!

Julia Stiles is by far my favorite young, current actress. She has a great stage presence and confidence that I admire. She has the potential to become of VERY famous actress and I hope she sticks around long enough to see that happen for herself. I believe that she will always be seen as a great actress even if she doesn't become as famous as other female actresses of the day.(ex. Sandra Bullock, Julianne Moore, or Goldie Hawn)

As far as potential goes, this girl by far definitely has A LOT of potential to go all the way to the top in due time. She seems very grounded as well which is a relief and refreshing. I've never once heard Julia complain about acting and what the job entails and she's definitely NOT one of those in your face "teenie bop" actresses who do nothing but annoy me and complain about their "hard life in Hollywood movies" O'h boo hoo, why not try a 9-5 job then. I think in "Ten Things I Hate About You" she definitely portrayed that part well with all honesty as well as "Saved the Last Dance". I wish her all the best for the future.

I think she's pretty, and she comes across as someone with dignity and class. But I'd be hard-pressed to say I've ever been crazy about her acting. She's not bad, though.

Something tells me her contracts must only allow sexual scenes with african-americans. She has no acting, but gets one extra star for being so damn HOT!!!

Ok..I think she's really good and I don't see anything wrong with her acting. "Save The Last Dance" is pretty good proof of her ability to make a character seem real.

The new "Shooting Star" in Hollywood. Her and Heath really hit the screens in 10 things I hate about you and her performence was equally good or better in "Save the Last Dance" I thought that her and Heath make a good couple and sould try and co-star in the same movie again sometime

Julia is one of the best up-and-coming actresses around nowadays. She was great in 10 Things and in the Last Dance.

Julia is defiantly on the rise...She has a way of getting into the part she plays so that you can feel what her character is feeling...she has the bad girl sense but is a very sweet person on the inside...she is a great actress and will continue to grow in the business.

Julia Stiles is one of the up and coming actresses. The first time I saw her was in 10 Things I Hate About You. She was really pretty and played the part really well. She was tough, funny, witty and intelligent. Since then, I have seen more of her in magazine interviews and on MTV interviews. She seems very down to earth. She is in the new movie "State of Main" and then the movie coming out soon called, "Save the Last Dance." I look forward to seeing what she has to offer but she is off to a good start.
