Wed Apr 06 2011HAPPY CAMPER!! Ya'll really need to check out JTFBUS.com they have the best prices and support. I always check prices at www.jtfbus.com. They usually can save me some money on my supplies and if your in SC they ship overnight for free. Oh yeah I don't have to pay tax cause they aren't located in my state. Booyay!!! More money saved...

Sat Apr 02 2011I saved 10% on my order and will shop at JTF again. I haven't received the printer yet but once I get it i'll modify my review. Until then, I am happy with the price, customer service and how easy it was to get a hold of my rep.

Mon Mar 28 2011Where to start? The ease of ordering on their website was great. I liked the secure checkout, and the order process was very easy. I loved the option to track my package and the follow up emails they sent me. They did have to special order the toner. I arrived 2 days after the copier but everything went smooth. The machine was new and was easy to set up. I would recommend shopping at JTFBUS.

Sun Mar 27 2011I have been looking for the right fax machine for the last couple weeks. We need a dual line fax that could also receive faxes to my email since I'm on the road half the day. JTF picked out the right machine for me and even let me pay in 2 payments. One deposit and another payment if it worked as they stated. They kept their end of the deal and so did I, JTF is a company that can be trusted and really knows their products. They didn't rush me and they found a payment plan which we both agreed on. If you're not sure who to trust just go with JTF Business Systems, they helped my business get the right machine at the right price.

Fri Mar 25 2011MAN....I called JTFBUS.com after I found them searching for a shredder on Bing...I had stopped by staples and office depot but they didnt have anything that could handle the volume of documents my Bank shreds a day. One of the bank managers recommended going online and thank god I took his advice. I found a Kobra shredder which was in my price range and could handle my volume. JTF throw in a 3 year warranty as well.

Thu Mar 24 2011I kinda felt obligated to write a review after they saved $4000. I made the mistake of signing a 1 year lease with Ikon for 4 Ricoh MFP 171spf Copier/Printer devises. They charged me $800 a month and then took the machines back at the end of the year. I searched the web for the same copier and found www.jtfbus.com, they were selling each machine for a little over a $1000. So I bought all 4 machines from them and got a service contract on each machine. 4 Ricoh Copiers 4 service contracts Installation Shipping No Tax -------------------------- $6000.00 and I own the machines ;) So for that I had to let others know, always check around to make sure you're getting an honest price and there is no better company than JTF to take a proposal to. They tell you whats included whats not, where they are trying to take advantage of you and most important ...... How Much Money JTF Can Save You...They saved me $4000.

Wed Mar 23 2011I am super impressed with JTF Business Systems service department. I bought a Okidata Color Copier for my Firm so we could scan all of our documents. We received the copier and a tech install it but the scanner board was defective. I called Oki and they told me the dealer was responsible for repairs of any machine. At this point I assumed my copier was never going to scan properly and I would probably have a outrageous bill to pay. JTF didn't ask any questions, they called their tech got a report and submitted it for warranty repair. A week later the tech came back with a new scanner board, replaced it and didn't charge me for the repair. I expected JTF to cover the cost of the scanner but not the Technician as well.

Tue Mar 22 2011Finally a company that would explain I was being charged for. I love JTF Business Solutions website, everything is clear and simple. I could see everything on my invoice, which was great for accounting. They emailed me a tracking # and called me after I received my copier. If your like me and have a small office and don't want to get a over sized copier JTF is the place to shop. They had a lot of different options between $1000-$1500. The last copier I bought was from Staples and it broke down after a couple months. I knew we needed something bigger but most companies tried selling me a machine that was in the $4000-$5000 range. I almost caved and leased a machine from a company that my friend had worked with locally. I took there bid and googled it, that's how I found JTF, they were offering the same copier for $3370.00 with a 3 year warranty. I ended up calling them and talking to one of their Copier specialist.
