Mr. Annechino is a wonderful, family-oriented attorney. I was referred to Mr. Annechino through a friend at work and I was very pleased with his patience. My situation was complicated as it was actually two separate issues....a personal injury matter and a custody situation. He was very delicate with both matters and helped resolve both issues with as little court time as possible. Wonderful! I was recommended to Mr. Annechino from a friend of mine for a divorce matter. To say the least, my situation was not a pretty one. Mr. Annechino always took the time to explain the proceedings and process to me and I never felt like he was rushing me. Mr. Annechino has handled several matters for me and my family and I would not go to any other attorney. He has always called me back, met me in his office when ever I wanted an appointment and always fully explained matters and possible outcomes to us. Yes, his office has told me to call before coming in for my protection and confidentiality in case I do not want to run into someone or someone runs into me to avoid any conflicts. I understood it is like any professional office...you just do not come into an office without an appointment. His office always makes copies of everything for my records and keeps me fully informed of all matters. As to e-mail he has always given me his e-mail...in fact he stated its easier to communicate because he is always in court. It appears this Bob Smith is unhappy because the court may have not ruled in his favor!

After 14 months, $7,500, my case was STILL not complete. This man never uses email, charges $100 for every single letter he drafts (because he doesnt use email). Doesn't return calls, wants me to call ahead of time before clients' cane even ENTER his office. He doesn't call after hearings to let you know what happened at the hearing, doesnt provide you with copies of ANYTHING he filed with the court and when I decided to have him not represent me, he took 45 days to give me me file... AND it turned out to be a PARTIAL of my file! Refused to provide me anelectronic copy of ANYTHING. Bankers hours- Horrible attorney. I plan to file a complaint with the Beter Business Bureau in NY.
