His very sick and twisted journey through life began at an early age. He had a fascination with torturing animals and collecting their bones. Later he began to prey on the weak and unsuspecting young homosexual males. If it hadn't been for the bumbling police in Wisconsin his rein of terror could have ended much sooner; I do not believe him to be as intelligent and cunning as many of the other famous killers, but his cannibalism was what set him apart. If you have ever seen his father's interview you may get a little glimpse of where all the trouble started.

Just as well he died in prison, or these days some TV network suit would come up with the idea for a new reality show. "Cooking with Jeff"

Jeff wasn't one the most profilic sk:s, he wasn't one of the most sadistic,(Dean Corll and Andrei Chikatilo would suite to that category) he wasn't the sickest,(Albert Fish and Ed Gein probably were) he wasn't very unique.(The Brit Dennis Nilsen(1945-)(killed between 1978-1983) was apart from cannibalism nearly a carbon-copy of Dahmer. A lonely, necrophilic, heavy drinking, outwardly quite mild-mannered homosexual who intoxicated/drugged and strangled his victims.) For some quirky reasons I've have almost felt some sort of pity towards Dahmer. Although Jeff had quite normal childhood and wasn't abused, he seemed to be lonely and depressed most of his lifetime. After he was caught he made a full confession(It's pretty h... Read more
