I have had many facials all over the world. Jamie Lee's esthetician gave me the best facial I have ever received. After the service my skin looked glowing, refreshed and clean... I would highly reccommend this spa to the pickiest of all clients-that's me!

Everyone from the receptionist's to the esthetician's are the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Everyone should experience this once in their lifetime.

I started to get my facials done at Jamie Lee Metz after hearing my gf's recommendations. Even though the place is a bit small but it does provide excellent facial and back-cial experiences. My skin looks healthier and cleaner.

This spa has the best staff/services in town. I suggest that you sign up for the skin fitness program. The "girls day out" package at 100.00 a month is the most affordable spa facial I could find. And the staff makes it so easy to make an appointment that I have no problem getting in once a month to take care of my skin. I love this spa!!

After 2 weeks it is still painful to have sex due to the burns I received at Jamie Lee Metz Spa. I even told the girl that the wax was too hot and I was very sensitive. I recomend you avoid at all costs. I am going back to euphoria next time.

I have been to many spas in CA and Las Vegas and over the last 25 years and this is the best experience ever. Not only is every staff member professional and kind the atmosphere in the salon is incredible! The services are definitely worth way more than they charge. A must experience to understand spa!

I visited Jamie Lee Metz Advanced Esthetics recently and was so impressed with my whole experience. First the place is beautifully furnished and reminded me of a Victorian parlor. And although it was 110 degrees outside the spa was comfortably cool and relaxing. Customer service was top notch. I had the Girls' Day Out facial given by Victoria who was a real delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable about skin and was very gentle with her extractions. Her facial massage was out of this world. With this particular facial I also got to choose 3 additional treatments that I wanted -- all included. I needed some assistance finding my next destination and the receptionist offered to go on Mapquest to get me the directions. I was impressed. Would I go back to Jamie Lee Metz? From the moment I entered Jamie Lee Metz I was treated like royalty. Jeannie,my aesthetician was both professional and extremely personable,customizing my treatment to my skin needs.I was in heaven for two hours! I will be returning to Las Vegas next month and this will be my new retreat!!!

Today I had the luxury of having the best most relaxing facial ever, Kim's touch was truly what I needed to relax me today, I have had many facials in the past and today I received what I consider to be "Heaven on Earth", the aromas, the touch, the glow that I left with, was far beyond my expectation. I fell into such a state of relaxation that I did not want to leave at the end of this 2 hour treatment. She was like the "Mike Tyson" of aesthetics!!!!!!! She put me in and out of consciouness but it was wonderful the entire time.

I had my first brazilian at Jamie Lee Metz in December, based on the reviews on this site. I have to agree that Amber is the best. I was very nervous but Amber made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was no where near as painful as I had anticipated. It is well worth the drive from anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley (I drove from Henderson).

The staff here are out of this world! This was my best facial ever. I nearly fell asleep during the massage! I had the Girls Day Out facial with Christi and it went by so quickly even though it was a 2 hour treatment!!! My skin was glowing for days afterwards. I scheduled a 2nd appt. for a Photo Facial because I had brown spots on my face and I'm very happy with the results even after 1 treatment! My skin has never looked so good. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about the products and which treatments would most benefit me. I would highly recommend Jamie Lee Metz over the large spas in Las Vegas because of the more personal service here and the staff are very friendly.

If anyone is looking for an extrodionary experiance, Jamie Lee Metz fits the expectations. I have never been one to enjoy my face getting picked at by the usual hohum facialist, but I was comepletely proved wrong. My mother in-law gave me a gift certificate to Jamie Lee Metz, I was actually hesitant to go, because in the past I have never been happy with my skin afterwards, it either broke out, had prolonged redness or the facialist ripped my nose off during extractions. Well, boy, was I PROVED WRONG. Amber gave me an experiance I will NEVER forget!! She took me to another planet with the massage, and different smells of the amazing products, and the reflexology, uh I could write a book about how amazing it all felt.Go get a facial, and ask for Amber!

Found this place on Citysearch and I was extremely pleased with the results! The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was gracious. Note that this is not a casino type spa with whirlpools and sauna; prices are more realistic than those casino spas, however. But if you want a real facial that is a true skin treatment (and not a 70 minute sales pitch) then this is the place. My aesthetician was knowledgable and pleasant. I will certainly be back on my next vacation in LV.

After trying a number of places for a decent facial over the past ten years in Las Vegas, I finally found Jamie Lee Metz. Morgan gave me an "old school" facial. Not to say she isn't hip, but she did a lot more than simply put on and take off different masks. She analyzed my skin, recommended specific masks and went to work. Work included extractions and a fabulous neck and shoulder massage. Not a lot of chatting, just a lot of focus on me and my skin. I have had many facials during my many travels in the U.S. and this facial ranks high on my list. The entire experience was delightful and relaxing. I highly recommend Morgan at Jamie Lee Metz.

I have been a long time client of Amber's, and ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! I don't even know what a basic facial is anymore. I get a face lift facial every month and my friends and family have seen a major difference in my acne scarring. It has lightened up so much since I have started going to her. Amber really knows her products and treatments, and is always changing things up. I highly recommend the spa, the front staff is nice, and Amber is great!

I see all the great reviews and I have to admit that the atmosphere is really nice. The people are pretty accomodating. The communication is fair. The treatment I received was a special through LVAC and the price was fair. The problem I had was that the products used broke me out. I assumed that everything would have been hypoallergenic. I left a message because it seems that no one answers the phone when you call and you have to leave a message to talk to anyone. They will call you back within a fair amount of time. The aesthetician was supposed to call me back which she did not and that was more of a problem for me then the breaking out. You expect a call if someone tells you that they will call you and this leaves me in a place where I would not recommend or go back to them.

My mom is a long time client of Amber's and she set me up with her to do a facial and to talk about makeup application for my wedding. After my facial and massage Amber took the time and did a whole makeup application on me to show me the makeup they offer there. I LOVED IT! I loved it so much I'm having my entire bridal party go in for a facial and makeup application the week and day of my wedding. They use great mineral makeup there, and surprisingly it is great coverage. Not too cakey, but covers things you don't want to be seen. GREAT SPA, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT ESTHETICIAN!

Most relaxing treatment I have ever experienced was the Girls Day Out special at Jamie Lee Metz. My treatment started on time which rarely happens at a spa here in Vegas. I went for the facial, but ended up getting the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! Ask for Amber, she was FABULOUS! I felt like she really cared about what my concerns were. I bought the collagen they sale there and my co-workers have noticed a huge difference in my wrinkles. Too bad I can't see Amber everyday before work!

I have to agree with the reviewer before me, Amber is absolutely heaven sent. I drive once a month from St. George, Utah to have my monthly facial and microdermabrasion with her. The foot reflexology just tops off this great experience. They also have this nifty machine there that tells you what you need to work on for your skin, which I just thought was pretty neat.

I have been a member at JML for about a year. Today I had the best facial thus far! The girl I originally started going to doesn't work there anymore, so I just bounced around for the last couple of months trying to find one I really connected with. I found her. Beautiful girl, with beautiful skin, great personality, and loves what she does. Doesn't hurt during extractions either! I will never go with another again. Looking for an photofacials.. This is the place. I am a middle aged woman, that has always been a sun lover. Now I am paying for it with sun damage. I went in for a consultation not knowing what I needed. I had a lovely young lady named Amber. She went over numerous treatments that would help lighten and diminish the sun damage. I decided to purchase a photofacial package, they are having a great deal on it right now. It is a laser treatment, that didn't hurt just a little uncomfortable. I have already seen a difference in just 4 days. Amber was very helpful in guiding me to what would work best for me. She even gave me a $25 off facial gift card!

I was very curious to have a Green Tea Peel, because I have become a little upset about my beginning stages of sun damage, as well as minor acne scars. I was refered by a friend to go to Regina to try out the Green Tea Peel. I had had alot of treatments but never before the Green Tea Peel. I have had some awsome experiences, especially in Cabo San Lucas(memorable facial, and overall experience), but I will admit she's been the best so far! The atmosphere at Jamie Lee Metz is very enjoyable. The staff was warm and friendly. I have been to numerous spa's for treatments and it has at times been uncomfortable and with a staff that is not very personable. Jamie Le Metz is the opposite. I made an appointment with Regina Bibiano and she was very personable and knowledgeable. My skin looked great when she was done with me. I will be back very soon!

When I decided I wanted to start taking care of my skin I searched citysearch and found Jamie Lee Metz. I actually called and tried making an appointment with Jamie, but she no longer does treatments, so they set me up with someone else. After reading the reviews I was very excited and had very high expectations. I was not as happy with the facial treatment as I was expecting to be, I was actually disappointed. About a month after my first appintment, I decided to goback because of the raving reviews I hear about. I had a young woman named Amber. She was definatly more eduacated and enthusiastic about the treatments and improving my skin than the first girl. Amber set me up with great ( and very easy) products and I signed up for a program to see her every 4 weeks.
