Service was outstanding, the specialists had doctors degrees and I felt safe seeing my ear doctor Carol Jackson MD the same day. I'm confident of high quality hearing aids at low prices I know will last. from an ear place here for over 15 yrs.

I'm absolutely amazed with this one in-a-million medical office. As soon as we talked on the phone and walked in we knew our ear problems were in the best hands. It's true. They were solved. I had cholesteatoma infections that ate away my hearing. Dr. Carol Jackson cleaned it out and stopped the infections. Surgery was a painless snap (compared to the infections, I think) and traded in my ear bones, and got me a good deal on a digital hearing aid for my natural aging hearing. The wife's dizziness was finally diagnosed and treated to end her suffering. Dr. Jackson superbly lasered out my son-in-laws surfers ears on both sides (not the same day). This is a tribute to modern medicine at its finest.

We were surprised how affordable the best ear doctors can be. Dr. Carol Jackson from the House of Ears and Dr. Emily are smart, plus beautiful too. Everyone is friendly and informative. What we like best is they take their time with us and answer all our questions. I've only got one set of ears and want the best.

Bottom line from my experience there, it's the best Ear Institute Clinic in Orange County. I checked and they have more to offer than Mayo Clinic or Scripps for ear conditions. It's a world class medical center. Dr. Carole Jackson is one of the most educated women I've ever met. She's humble and caring, one on one you'd never know of her national achievements and pretty.
