Jack Lalanne

The guy made the Energizer Bunny look like a couch potato. I'm sure he's got the Choir Invisible doing deep knee bends every morning before they start singing.

From my understanding, Jack Lalanne was a big advocate of fitness and health dating clear back to the early days of television. And I really do have to give him credit, in that, in order for him to have remarkably lived clear up until four years shy of the century mark (passed away just a couple of days ago of respiratory failure) he must have been doing something right. My sincere condolences to all of the Lalanne Family.
