Bejabers died for somebody's sins, but not mine.

He's long gone, as far as I can tell, so this seems inconsequential now. These days profanity is more likely to irritate the Jesus sisters, for those who might find that amusing.

That guy was offended by fucking lowfat Strawberry milk, though I suspect he's someone playing at being an ultra- square...more irritating than that Hoover from Animal House reviewer are the pompous, self- important reviewers who condescendingly lecture about profanity on the site.

got to give the young man credit for his stand on cursing. it is a bad habit. so i would not curse to tick him off. at least not Classic TV fan. a few people i know in my real life may be a hoot to tick them off.

Why resort to actual profanity? If the intent is to "irritate the bejabers out of ClassicTVFan" (not actually sure what a "bejaber" is, but I get the general idea), then I'm sure a vehemently hateful "Gosh-Darn" or an enraged "What in the heck!" or a malicious, snarled-out "Gee Willickers!" would accomplish the same thing.

Sorry Classic, but I gotta say this is a cool reason.

Why would ClassicTVFan care if it doesn't involve him? I swear all the time when I'm upset and don't find it offensive.

FYI ClassicTVFan47: It's not the actual words that make profanity bad. It's not the f, not the u, not the c, not the k, nor the combination of them that make the F word bad. It's not the definition either, or else $h!+ would be no more worse than feces. It's the implications and connotations of these words, and these two qualities are injected into them to make them profanity. These implications are also injected into your created words. If I use, say, buji as a synonym for the f word, then the implications are still there. You're claims to have never sworn in 10 years are legitimate by definition, but in reality they arent. Just because its not in a dictionary and no one else knows it, doesnt mean those created words dont contain the filthiness that make profanity so bad.

I wish my life was so perfect that the only things that troubled me were swear words and rap videos. Check this out, kids (it's educational): http://www.littlemikey.com/properenglish.htm

Oh, that's really impressive. (sarcasm) Only the childish curse just to annoy someone. Believe me, people at my high school used to love to do this to me. What would I do? Get up and leave. However, there were many (not to mention, practically every adult there) who, out of respect for me, wouldn't cuss. I even taught them some of my created words. :)

That, my friends, goes perfectly under the file of Bullying and it is mean spirited to cuss at someone for fun.

Actually there are so many people trying to make his life miserable already I'd avoid swearing just to piss him off (making his views even more extreme) though it is pretty funny though (guh-huh-huh-huh).

I will confess that I think it is funny when others do it, but I will never go out of my way to do it to him...lol. But the boy needs to lighten up, that is for sure. He totally deserves the words he gets from Irishgit. I just thought that censoring thing Classictv pulled on Irish awhile back was totally wrong......

If people use profanity to get some annoying little f**k to pack up his s**t and get the hell out of there. Well, maybe it's a sign that you just annoy the living crap out of people. Not to name any names (ClassicTVFan).

Not a good reason, per se, but full of entertainment value.
