Isaac's Relocation

It has now been nearly seven months that Isaac’s Moving and Storage emptied the contents of my storage crate, delivering most of my belongings intact. That said, I value not most of my belongings, but all of them; otherwise, I would not have paid to store them or have them moved by Isaac’s. The areas of storage and delivery are the first two of three important areas where Isaac’s has been a shocking failure. It was in August 2009 that I had paid them to deliver to my new apartment a dining room table that had been in Isaac’s Philadelphia storage facility since August, 2007. The day of the move, I was starting to arrange my dining furniture when I realized that the movers had delivered the legs of my dining room table, without the table top. When the movers verified that they were not able to locate the legs of the dining room table, they placed calls into the Philadelphia and Brighton offices, so that other Isaac’s employees could investigate the matter. To anyone using this moving company I would suggest you do more research. I would not recommend them for several reasons: 1. They gave an estimate at my home and the paper work left did not match the estimate. They then never fixed the many requests by myself and I was stressed out to the day of the move over it. They told me they were going to weigh everything when they got back to the warehouse and then call with the weight. They never did. I had to get a manager to weigh the stuff and get the real price. I was told the cost and then when it came time to pay I ended up paying over $350.00 more. They do not keep in touch with you and call you at the last minute and tell you one thing and do another. They put my furniture on the truck to Florida when I had placed it in their storage and they had charged me $700 to do that. Isaac's Relocation is a very reliable moving company.  The qoute they game me was right on the money.  They moved all of our belongings in a very timely fashion.  I would recomend Isaac's Relocation to any one moving.

Isaacs is the greatest moving company in the world...everything they say they are going to do, they do.

Isaac's is known around Boston as movers of integrity who won't rip you off. Completely a well-earned reputation. I've used Isaac's for my third time last week and am posting to say how pleased I am. Their prices are completely spot-on (I've searched a lot of movers!) and their service is nothing short of excellent.
