HIDDEN GEM!!! I found this woman three years ago and want to book every one of my friends with her because she is that incredible. I work in a VERY reputable and upscale spa downtown and would not go anywhere else for my Brazilians!!!!! Irina is amazing. She doesn't have the most "conventional" approach, be prepared to bare it all! She is beyond thorough and very affordable. The most painless Brazilian I have ever had...I could go on about this woman forever. I love her and her amazing skills. I need to get in there for a facial one of these days, but for now, I am not going anywhere else for my Brazilians. I fear the day she might leave me or retire! IRINA- I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been getting facials every now and then for over 12 years, but basically gave up trying after I failed to see any results. I had been going to Irina for waxing for a long time, and she would tell me she could help the acne on my chin. I have light acne vulgaris, and very sensitive and pale skin...and well...breakout in spots often. Finally, 8 months before I was getting married, I decided to try it again. I just wanted to look good for the pictures! Well...it's been over a year, and I see her regularily for monthly facials. My skin responds to her custom treatments, and I am looking damn good! She is an estna magician! Her massages aren't too shabby either! Try her once for a facial. You'll see results!

I went to Irina's once and will not be going back. Irina is nice, but she proceeded to go from a pedicure client, to my bikini wax, to the cash register, and back to the pedicure client without washing her hands once. Gross! Also, I had to remind her about the first time client discount and the wax was uneven!

I started going to Irina when she was at Cinta Salon, and was lucky enough to find her again via citysearch after she left. I live in the midwest and relocate often for work, thus am frequently on the quest for good waxing services far from home. Irina is by far the most talented and friendly person I've found in any city I've searched coast to coast! She is also the most proficient person that I've come across that is able to use hard wax as needed. I have been going to her on and off for a number of years, and whenever I am in town for any reason I make sure to get an appointment with her. When I was working in other areas of Northern Cal I would drive from hours away (even as far as Sonora) for her services. She's that amazing! Super highly recommended.

Irina is super fabulous! Her prices are very reasonable and she does an excellent job. The environment of the salon is great too. I was a little uncomfortable going at first, but Irina really helps put your mind at ease and doesn't make it awkward at all. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Ever since I found Irina on citysearch 2 years ago I do not go to anyone else!!! Her Brazilian bikini is the best - my husband looooves it :) I also take care of all my other beauty needs with Irina - she is the only one I go to for eylash tinting and brow waxing. Irina has a great personality and is a true professional.

I first came across Irina's services here on Citysearch. My fiance was coming back from Iraq early in October and I wanted to get a brazilian wax done. I was extremely apprehensive because I have had horrible experiences with waxing, in general, and I have a low tolerance for pain. But I couldn't shake all these reviews from women claiming Irina is the best in Brazilian...so I booked my appointment. I was so happy after visiting Irina that I called my mother in Vegas and told her of this diamond in the ruff that I found! Irina makes you feel so comfortable and because she is a one woman show, you get her undivided attention when you make an appointment. Irina's brazilian was so painless and I looked fabulous!!!!! Since then I am going about every 3 weeks and I am still blown away by her technique. I am so glad I found her because I will never again have a painful experience with waxing ever again!

When I first came in contact with Irina, it was at Cinta Salon in downtown SF. When she left Cinta, I didn't know if anyone could ever give me such a great facial, or make my eyebrows look so great. THANK YOU IRINA!!! Irina's services are truly wonderful. She makes you feel at home, is very careful and precise, the salon itself is the cleanest one I've ever gone to, and the products that she uses and sells are the absolute best! I have been searching for a reputable place to go for waxing and time and time again I have been dissapointed until now. I read Irina's reviews on citysearch and made an appointment. Irina was very professional, kind, and did an amazing job. I have very sensitive eyelids and have been cut numerous times when getting my eyebrows waxed at other spas. I left Irina's hair free and my eyelids weren't even red or irritated! I am a huge fan of Irina and I'm happy to spread the good news!!!

What an amazing and talented aesthetician Irina is. I've experienced her brazillian, her eyebrow waxing, her facials, mani pedi and her facial waxing. on every occasion she has been incredibly gentle, thorough, professional and the results have been impeccable. I'm surprised to see a negative review below - perhaps that person had never had her brows done before and didnt know what to expect? Of course there will be some redness afterwards, it depends on your type of skin. If she went over an area more than once its because she needed to. She works until the result is perfect and manages to accomplish amazing results with a very gentle technique. I have recommended her to several friends as well and everyone has raved about her excellent services.

I heve been going to Irina for 5 years now for waxing,facials and massages. She doing the best fecial and great,professional painless Brazilian and brow wax.She uses different types of wax for diferent areas of the body. I went to Irina's salon recently after reading numerous great reviews here on citysearch. I was very excited and was glad to find that Irina was very nice, as she had been described. However, after leaving her salon, my eyebrows were inflamed and uneven. I feel horrible writing her an awful review because she was really nice, but I just don't want anyone to have the experience I had. She went over my eyebrows like six or seven times (and I don't have thick or large eyebrows). I was red and swollen the rest of the day. I also started bleeding a little after the treatment. Although very clean, it was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing. I wish I had better things to say, but if you don't want an experience like mine, I would try another place.

Went to her yesterday to get my eyebrows shaped and was not sorry! Irina is wonderful, warm, and professional. You get the fancy downtown spa experience without the price, hassle, or attitude. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and I'll definitely return for facials and other waxing. Trust CitySearch reviews -- they will not steer you wrong!

Irina made me feel relaxed and at ease as soon as I walked in the door! She performs the services herself, so you don't have to worry about who will be taking care of you each time you go. I had been going to Marilyn Jaeger for years, but kept getting different people every time who were less and less careful and skillful. Irina uses great products, too! And parking was easy! I totally recommend her!

I refuse to get a Brazillian wax anywhere else! I was extremely nervous the first time I went but Irina made me feel comfortable. The place is clean (a big MUST for Brazillian waxes!) and the wax she uses is gentle, yet gets the job done. She is a charming lady with tons of experience, and she is rather easy to talk to. The location is great because there is tons of free street parking. It's in a rather quiet neighborhood and Irina owns and runs the salon herself, so there is no pressure on you to buy stuff or to make you feel uncared for as I sometimes feel with big salons.

Irina's spa is great for any treatment you want. She is so friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. The location is great, with easy parking, and unlike those big spas with a million workers and rooms, she deals with you onn-on-one with no one else around, and no rushing. She has tremendous experience and is a true professional. Plus, Irina has very reasonable prices and still provides top-of-the-line products and service. I highly recomend her for everything (I wont get a brazillian anywhere else!)

Irina gave me my first Brazilian wax at Cinta salon a few years ago. I was scared, but her performance was flawless. Now she's got her own salon, and parking is a breeze. I love visiting Irina when I'm in town; I've been to spas in LA and they don't compare to Irina. She takes her time, uses great products, and knows her stuff. Her prices are also an amazing value for the quality of service she offers! She's the best.

After discovering Irina's mini spa, i won't go to any other for a bikini wax. She's got a lot of experience, does a fabulous job every time and uses great products.

I have had facials now and again for the past 15 years, and really only saw them as a nice way to relax. I never saw any results on the hormonal acne that I have. I've been getting waxed by Irina for the past year, and finally decided to try her magic facial. Magic Indeed! I saw results the very next day. I now get them once a month, and my skin is still improving. She is doing what I've wanted Tetracycling and the Pill to do for the past 10 years: reduce my flare ups, and prevent it. I highly recommend Irina for facials.

I have never received a brazilian wax before so I was a bit nervous to get one. After reading her excellent reviews on here, I thought I'd give Irina a shot. Let me tell you, the experience was above and beyond, WAY BETTER than I expected. I made an appointment a few days before and when I came to the door, I was greeted by name by the pleasantly smiling Irina, and became instantly comfortable in her private relaxing shop. Irena is a pro! I am very picky about my brow wax as I have found that sometimes they make brows too thin - even when you ask for them to leave them more "natural". Irena remembers every time and I don't even have to ask. She does them exactly how I like! And bikini... it is true that it can be more painful depending on who does it. Irena is THE BEST. Easy and painless. (ok, maybe not painless, but definately less pain!) The salon is cute, parking is so easy, and the prices are great. I've been going to Irena for years, and would never trust my waxing with anyone else!

I would highly recommend Irina's Skin Care to everyone! I haven't enjoyed manicure & pedicure so much until I found Irina's place! When I go there, it's such a treat to mysefl! I feel pumpered, like a princess. I have always thought of waxing as necessary evil. However, in this place it is a pleasure as well. Treat yourself to Irina's facial! Irina is such a pleasant person and a great professional. She really knows what she is doing - Brazilian was not painfull, and she was very quick to pull the hair off. Irina makes you feel very comfortable and almost at home.

Irina works on one customer at a time! It is only you and her in the small salon. Therefore, all her attention is on you. There is no loud waiting room. Everything is clean and peaceful. Irina made me Brazilian wax virtually pain free, and I was very comfortable despite the situation! She took her time on my pedicure too and did a wonderful job, the pedicure still looks fresh 3 weeks later. There is tons of street parking and of course no lines bcuz you are the only one there.!

Irina's salon was a pleasant surprise where you are immediately transported into a realm of relaxation. Her manicure and pedicure technqiues are excellent. She is patient and great at her job.

I went to Irina for a Brazilian, half leg, and underarm wax, before my big trip to Costa Rica. She did an outstanding job, she is very warm and inviting, and you dont feel at all uncomfortable, her prices are better then salons and she takes her time, but is quick when she pulls so she makes the process as pain free as possible. I will only go see her now, and would recommend her to anyone.

I visited Irina's to get a pedicure and brow wax. I was suprised with how much time she put into the pedicure--she is so conscientious of her work! It was exactly what I was looking for; I was getting tired of getting rushed in and out of the Asian style mani/pedi shops, I wanted to get quality work without having to pay big spa prices. The brow wax was also a very pleasant experience, she shapes well and it didn't hurt. If you are into supporting small, local businesses, visit Irina's. She won't disappoint!
